Being able to park near the expressway and not have the hassle of driving in the city. Very good value for the money.

It wasn't easy to find.

Excellent situation with plenty of free parking and close to the Metro and buses for the journey into central Barcelona. I stay here regularly and the staff are always friendly and obliging. Highly recommended!

Almost everytime I go to Barcelona I stay at Agora and I will do so in the future also. It is not really centric but close to metro which takes you to the centre in 10 minutes. Fantastic breakfasts, new renovated spacios rooms, comfortable beds, big working desk (table), AC, new and clean bathrooms. Internet for free in the hall.

The only not so comfortable thing is that on the way from metro station you have to go up (little hill) for like 4 minutes, this is normally fine, just if you have heavy luggage.. But it is just 4 minutes :-) Or you can take a taxi.. Well, this is just to submit something negative :-)

The location is alright, close to metro, great choice if you just need a place to sleep and spend all the time out. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was happy i could rent a single room with private bathroom for this value of money.

When i first arrived the room wasn´t too clean.

The location was good, near subway station. Rooms clean, towels and bedlinen night stay, breakfast good. Pleasant surroundings.

No wifi in rooms. Sometimes students made ​​noise.

This was my second visit. The room is clean, modern bathroom, the beds are good, so is the breakfast and reception is helpfull.

The hotel is located pretty far from the citycentre, allthough it is close to a metrostation. You have to climb a hill in order to get there, but the modern surroundings (a park and a velodrome) are very quiet and pleasant.

We like the color of the room. We like the food there.

The breakfast was great. The room always clean.

Far from the city center (ten metro stations). Our good impression of the hotel was damaged the last day, when we returned in the room and the doors facing the garden were wide open while we where missing. Totally unacceptable because anyone could easily enter the room. Even cats. The management of the hotel was absent and the receptionist didn't know how to excuse..

No wifi in the room.

We stayed for a weekend break. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentyful. The hotel was a short walk from the metro station, then just a short journey into Barcelona. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

Nice price

The staff was really nice and helpfull and the room was big and clean for the price. Breakfast had various choices and differed a bit from day to day. Though little away from city center, it was easily accessable by the well-working Barcelona metro line l3. All in all, a really good value for money and a great choice for a budget-concious traveller!

There weren't any major minuses in the hotel. There was a little spot of slight moist damage in the ceiling panels of our shower room and a couple of times the voices of people walking in the corridor were quite loud in the room. But nothing serious was wrong.

it brings somehow back to you the student spirit. it is quite close to the mundet underground station and it has many machines for juices and some snacks. as barcelona was for us the best city up to now, we enjoyed also the stay in the agora resident.

the internet in our room was quite poor. almost not working at all. also we found the rooms without any carpet on it and it was quite cold for the legs.

The breakfast was included in the room rate and it wasn't bad.

The location of the hotel is bad to say the least, we even hardly found a map which has the hotel location in it. Asking people (if you were lucky enough to meet someone who understands you) doesn't help either; this only got us as close as 1.5 Km from the hotel location. We bit the bullet however and walked all the distance with the help of GPS and still couldn't find it. Even the taxi driver (when we found one - it was after midnight) didn't know were the hotel is until he asked some local people from the neighbourhood; all to find that hotel was hidden behind where we were standing before. Long story short, do not stay there unless you want to know how does it feel to search for a hotel for 3 hours at midnight. Talking about bad things, it looks like the hotel is sort of school camp also. We started our first morning started with kids knocking each others' doors and eating breakfast like they haven't seen one before. The room was clean (sort of) but they don't clean the "standard" room everyday; so, expect to run out of shampoo, soap and toilet paper after 1 or 2 days.
