Room very big and very clean. Beautiful bathroom fully furnished with toothbrush, razor and soap given by the hotel. We enjoyed also the wellness center with a jacuzzi, a sauna and a small gym. The hotel is just 200m far from Bilbao metro stop, that is three stops far from plaza del sol metro stop.

What was really disappointing is the fact that our room was found not locked when we came back each day in the afternoon. Probably the cleaners forgot to re-lock the door after they had cleaned the room. Our neighboring had the same problem. Nothing was stolen from our room.

A ten euro charge for use of the spa is excessive and was not expected.

Staff were accommodating but not particulalry friendly. The hotel had no atmosphere and was quite dull. Breakfast was cold and they charge 12 Euros per person which is a complete rip off.

The proximity of the Hotel to a metro station and how spacious was the room.

There is no way that this Hotel is a 4 star Hotel. Never slept on a bed so uncomfortable. The pillows were the worse I have ever slept on it, full of lumps. The room had a smell of burning electricity every night. I am not sure where it came from - could have been from turning off the air conditioning. Breakfast was horrible - for $12 euros you can have a feast around the corner - so don't bother having it at the Hotel. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the other rooms (and I mean everything!!).

The room was very clean with a lot of space, they had a little crib since I told them I was traveling with my little baby girl. I liked vey much the hotel

They did not have satellite tv. In the Booking page they said that they have" tv via satélite". Very small tv.

We stayed here on 2 separate in different rooms. Both rooms were the same - spacious for a city centre hotel, clean, comfortable and with excellent bathrooms. All the reception staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is better than it appears on a map. It's close to 2 metros which run till 1.30 AM and the line goes direct to both Sol and Atocha Station. We walked into town on most occasions anyway as it's only about a mile from Gran Via, but in a quiet location. There was no outside noise.

Poor sound proofing between rooms, but this seems the same everywhere. It's hard to fault this hotel, so I'll stop trying.

The rooms were cleaned every day to a very good standard, the bathroom was immaculate and the staff were very polite. Some were english speaking which made it easier but you got a friendley welcome of all of them.A very pleaseant stay

the hotel is just off a main road and although fairly new taxi's were not totally sure of the location. The hotel is far enough away from the main tourist area to need the metro or a taxi but the location it is in is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

Fresh, clean and comfortable. Great location. Near to main metro and vibrant city life, yet away from the noise - including road noise!

Sports / spa facilities appeared to be part of hotel, but were an extra. Also, spa spell permeated throughout reception. Room electronic entry system was temperamental and external handle still opened door until, internal handle was used i.e. room could be open at night, even though it appeared closed!
