номера очень уютные и недорого. недалеко от метро бильбао. в целом оптимально по соотношению цена качество.

за 4 дня, что мы жили в отеле, в номере убирались только один раз. качалка при отеле очень маленькая, спа одно название.

Очень приятный отельчик. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. Завтрак вполне нормальный. Атмосфера отеля домашняя. Вполне спокойно можете в нем останавливаться!

Это претензия почти ко всем отелям - ну не моют они полы по углам, что со временем заметно становиться - замечание моей жены :)

The hotel is clean and the location is quite good although there are not much going on around the hotel area: it's good if you want to stay in the rather quiet area. Only 3 min to metro station. Staff was kind. Spa facility is good but please note: you have to pay extra 10euro/person to use this facility.

Breakfast was rather boring and simple for 4 star hotel. The main reason we chose this hotel was to use spa facility advertised in the website and it turned out that we have to pay extra 10 euro per person to use this spa for 1 hour, which was not advised before. It was quite disappointing. There was a kind of fan (or heater I never figured out what it was about) on the ceiling of the hotel room and it was running every half hour for the whole night with a big big noisy sound. Basically I couldnt sleep at all because it woke me up every half hour!!!! I didnt know how to turn it off and what it was for!!

Nice and good price

We stay frequently at this hotel and always the service is excellent, the staff is friendly and remember us. They are very helpful and everything is done with a minimum of fuss. Subject to price we invariably choose this hotel in preference to any other. The buffet breakfast is excellent! Nos quedamos frecuentemente en este hotel y siempre el servicio es excelente y el personal del hotel "te recuerda" (costumbre casi olvidada). Son muy atentos y te facilitan muchísimo las cosas. Siempre elegimos este hotel aún cuando haya otras opciones. Por cierto, el desayuno buffet es excelente!

The staff managed to check us in as early as 10a.m

The anemities,no bath robes,slippers or coffe maker.

The staff were very pleasant and able to communicate to us in English.

Staff were accommodating but not particulalry friendly. The hotel had no atmosphere and was quite dull. Breakfast was cold and they charge 12 Euros per person which is a complete rip off.

The hotel in itself looked good, typical spanish furnishing but quite modern at the same time. The room was clean and the price was alright.

We asked for a single bed but we found twin beds in the room, not so romantic but alright for the night we spent there. Other disappointements came from the darkness of our room, with the only window opening on a narrow backalley, the noise caused by poor soundproofing. On top of that, the air conditionning was hardly cooling the room and the spa had an unexpected entry fee of 10 € per person, so we didn't try it. Overall, we felt that this hotel wasn't of 4 stars quality but the affordable price made our stay acceptable.

It was in a perfect location for us and near a very charming garden square with lots of bars and Spanish families enjoying themselves.
