Fantastic view, very quiet - almost poetic location and very rustic romantic rooms.

The staff seemed a bit lacy and not very engaging. The poolsite could use a facelift.

The area of Soller, the old hotel building with soul and history. Pool-area nice and with a beautiful view. Rooms big and nice view.

Needed enthusiasm and dedication from staff. Though one nice lady made me a delicious coffee with a smile one day. Difficult to find staff when in need of help/food. Needed a sign on the way up the mountains to the Hotel as we drove up, spoke to 4 family that returned back down halfway up. Trip up the mountains was very difficult in a medium car, we hit rocks twice.

The road to the property a bit inconvenient but wouldn't put me off staying again

charm of the hotel / staff / views / cleanliness

Having read previous reviews, we expected the track to the hotel to be bad - it was far worse than we expected and spoiled our 4 night stay as we felt extremely isolated with few facilities.

The location, views & buildings were rustic and stunning. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The food was great - traditional & home-cooked. The GR221 runs right behind the hotel. Overall a beautiful, laid back, relaxing place to stay.

We loved everything about our stay. The suit with spectacular wievs is especially recomended. Remember to hire a small car. Ford fiesta, fiat 500 or smart is ideal for the bumpy and steap road up to the hotel.

The views, access to good hiking, general atmosphere of the property, size and comfort of the rooms.

Understaffing, a bar that was not used, improvements to the road are needed, price too high by 30%.

Perfekt place to celebrate 25th weddingday. The good was the best on the Island.

The road up to the Hotel was interesting..... With a small car it had been much easier.:) We will be back :)

The location was amazing, very tranquil and peaceful. The facilities were great with wonderful service from the staff, the bedrooms and public areas were full of antiques and were tastefully decorated and it was clear that this had been a family home for generations

The only thing I would add is that the drive up the mountain road to the hotel would not be for everybody as it is very narrow with many bends

The location was fantastic, just so peaceful and with a stunning view. Our room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast on the patio was superb as was the choice of foods available. We had dinner for all the nights (3) and it was excellent. WiFi very fast in and outside.

My advice would be to use a small car to get up the track to the hotel. I enjoyed the challenge, but drive carefully.

The views were wonderful and the suite comfortable

We were warned about the difficult approach but the directions were poor and the road VERY RUGGED no mention was made of the below floor bathroom which is totally unsuitable for people with limited walking.we had booked meals but very little was available when we arrived

The views are simply stunning especially if you have Room 2 with its gothic style windows on 3 sides. A wonderful place to get away from it all. The finca gives you an authentic Majorcan experience, including delicious home-cooked food served by the friendly staff.

That road!! Isolation comes at a price & you have to be prepared to tackle the 16 hair-pins on the single track "road" to get in & out! It's best not to do it after dark! Having said that, when you get used to it, it's all part of the experience & it wouldn't stop us going back. Just remember to choose a compact hire car!

We loved the peace and tranquillity, the accommodation (4-5 person apt) with the high-class hotel touches and enjoyed the al fresco meals and drinks.

    The track up.

Very peaceful, Nice views. As we wanted to avoid the road in / out, we ended up eating dinner at the finca both nights, and they were very good (we actually had the best paella of our entire spanish trip).

The road up the mountain, more akin a trail, very bumpy and narrow switchback, only one small car at a time (check the hotel description: it encourages a small rental car). The finca's interior decor not to everyone's taste. Lots of old religious artefacts, felt a little creepy. Price/quality ratio not the best.

We went for a quiet away from it all place and traditional. It was everything we wanted, its family run and they could not have been more helpful and made you feel very welcome. Are room was lovely and had great views. A great place to unwind...

The road up to the hotel is a little difficult in places, few potholes that should be taken care of.

The view and location is fantastic up the mountain in the old olive groves. Good location for walking.Very nice swimming pool

The hotel has a lagoon sewage treatment pond too close to the hotel the smell wafting into our room at night was so bad we had to completely shut the windows . Could also smell it when eating our breakfast and evening meal totally spoiled our stay.Water pressure in the showers was almost zero.

Amazing view Authentic Mallorca Huge room Lots of little outdoor spaces to sit and relax

It is remote, difficult to get up and down the hill (too much too walk) We actually didn't mind, as we had no car and planned to walk from the Finca every day across the mountains. Helpful staff gave us a lift at the end of our stay to the bus stop. But this may be difficult for others.

A Little piece of paradise, quiet and beautiful, and with a very nice staff. The views of the bay, the ocean and the Mountains are wonderful. The pool is nice and warm. The breakfast is very nice, and many evenings we chose to eat in the Little restaurant with a very decent priced menu for the menu of the day. We travel with young children and enjoyed this place very much because the place is not so big, you dont need to worry about traffic, and the kids loved playing with the animals. Many have commented about the road leading to the hotel we chose to not have a car, and walk to the Beach and back again. Walking with small children it takes about 25 minutes and you dont need to worry about your car (-; Finally, there are a several lovely and well-marked hikes in the area.

The location was amazing. The views from the hotel second to none. It was peaceful and relaxing. Pool lovely. Breakfast excellent with wide choice and on the occaisions we ate in the evening, food was fantastic. Staff were friendly but un obtrusive. Rooms cleaned daily and very comfortable.

We had heard about the access road to the hotel and it was more of a track than a road but wasnt as bad as we expected.
