room service...never had our room service served. Breakfast buffet is a disaster: not good and not enough

The place is quiet and good for relaxing. There is a nice pool area and gardens. The staff are very polite. The food is exceptionally good.

In the evening the reception is quite under-staffed, and it seems that if the phone rings, the phone takes priority and this is more important than waiting in front of the desk to be served. when you get to your room, you are faced with several panels of controls, for heating/airconditioning, lighting, curtains etc. - there are no instructions with these. the walk in shower tends to flood the bathroom floor, so you need to place a towel on the floor to form a Dam. As we had a child, we were given a room that clearly had some things removed, like the curtains from the four postel, steel bed, which looked silly with the rails and the frame with no curtains. There are no instructions by the telephone, and reception is not found on the number zero. they run out of towels quickly in the pool area. there are not enough loungers to accomodate guests around the pool. so you have to take chairs from the dining area, also people end-up doing the classical german thing, of putting towels on the loungers before breakfast.

The hotel is lovely and a great place to relax from the madness in Ibiza. The cocktail bar on the roof is quintessentially chillout Ibiza.

One of the waiters at the restaurant in their best tapas restaurant overlooking the town was incredibly rude.. given that you are paying top dollar for the meal, a little courtesy would be good. Must say that most of the other staff were very helpful and lovely.

Hotel is very modern and stylish and the service is excellent. It is 15 min. Away from Ibiza which is good if you want to enjoy your time relaxed and you can also reach Ibiza easily if you want to party. It is also next to the Marina of Santa Eularia which has many nice restaurants.

Hotel design

Staff was not responsive to complaints about broken hotel fixtures. We had to check out early.

I like the quality of the rooms. Staff are friendly. Spa is excellent. Breakfast is good as well.

Neues Designhotel in guter Lage, hervorragendes Personal, super Wellness-Bereich, schöner Chill-Bereich am Pool, Blick auf die Marina...

Vieles im Design ist schön anzusehen, aber sehr unpraktisch, zum Teil sind viele bauliche Kleinigkeiten nicht gut ausgeführt (oder noch nicht fertig?), so dass es beim genauen Hinsehen stören kann (Fugen, Materialübergänge, Elektro...), bei sehr modernem Design müsste die Ausführung perfekt sein, damit es wirkt...Das Frühstück war eher einfach, es gab nur eine seeeehr langsame Kaffeemaschine für alle Gäste... Das Restaurant haben wir nicht usprobiert. Wir waren vor der offiziellen Saison da, mag sein, dass innerhalb der Saison alles etwas besser ist!

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Angestellten, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer.

Es fehlte die persönliche Note.

Не понравился сервис. На рес. заставляли долго ждать. Изначально поселили в номер с видом на бассейн, где плохо работала система кондиционирования. Когда попросили поменять то сделали вид, что гостиница загружена на сто процентов, хотя в итоге другой номер нашли (но пришлось потратить много времени и сил). В ванной были волосы (на следующий день после уборки они не исчезли). Месторасположение - минут 20 на машине к Ибице, к пляжу идти минут 30-40. Рядом стоянка яхт. Фронтальный вид на море закрывает сдание другой гостиницы.

Si vous pratiquez régulièrement les 5* , fuyez cet établissement qui ne tient pas ses promesses : à la place de la vue sur Formentera , en se tordant le cou ,vous aurez devant vous la façade de l'hôtel 3* Ses Estanques (de la chaîne catalonia )qui lui bénéficie de la plus belle vue qui soit : il est face à la mer et masque la vue à l'Aguas de Ibiza .Déception fatale ! Manque de professionnalisme du personnel et problème de communication entre les services .Oublis divers et répétés ...malgré de bons pourboires à la clé .Déçus ! Même très déçus !

Propreté de l'hotel irréprochable. Chambre spacieuse et très design. Magnifique salle de bains hyper clean. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Hotel très bien situé proche de tout. Avons passé un superbe week end. En un mot rien à redire simplement ce n'était que du bonheur.

O hotel é bonito.

Os funcionários deixam a desejar para um cinco estrelas! Tivemos que brigar para conseguirmos o quarto com vista para o mar, conforme foi feita a reserva! Nosso primeiro quarto estava com problemas de manutenção no ar condicionado e na banheira que não vedava. O segundo quarto, com vista para piscina, estava com as torneiras soltas!!! Manicure a 65 euros, a parte superior do hotel so abre a noite e mesmo com um garçom formidável e unico no hotel com essa qualidade!!! Não recomendo!!!
