The place is quiet and good for relaxing. There is a nice pool area and gardens. The staff are very polite. The food is exceptionally good.

In the evening the reception is quite under-staffed, and it seems that if the phone rings, the phone takes priority and this is more important than waiting in front of the desk to be served. when you get to your room, you are faced with several panels of controls, for heating/airconditioning, lighting, curtains etc. - there are no instructions with these. the walk in shower tends to flood the bathroom floor, so you need to place a towel on the floor to form a Dam. As we had a child, we were given a room that clearly had some things removed, like the curtains from the four postel, steel bed, which looked silly with the rails and the frame with no curtains. There are no instructions by the telephone, and reception is not found on the number zero. they run out of towels quickly in the pool area. there are not enough loungers to accomodate guests around the pool. so you have to take chairs from the dining area, also people end-up doing the classical german thing, of putting towels on the loungers before breakfast.

Hotel is very modern and stylish and the service is excellent. It is 15 min. Away from Ibiza which is good if you want to enjoy your time relaxed and you can also reach Ibiza easily if you want to party. It is also next to the Marina of Santa Eularia which has many nice restaurants.

The convenience to the resort - 2 minutes to the harbour. The staff were very helpful.

The complex electrics in the bedroom caused problems.

am besten hat uns die Architektur und Haustechnik dieses Hotels gefallen. Ausgesprochen freundliche Mitarbeiter im Service, besonders beim sehr guten Frühstück und am Pool, waren ein guter Teil unseres tollen Urlaubs in diesem Hotel. Der Pool war sehr sauber, die Liegen bequem und frische Handtücher am Pool reichlich vorhanden.

La tranquilidad, habitaciones confortables, Spa, servicios.

El precio del hotel y de sus servicios es excesivo. El ultimo día aparecieron 40 hindúes y lo que era un remanso de paz y tranquilidad se convirtió en una locura con música, gritos y muchas quejas de los clientes. Al facturar nos dijeron que habíamos elegido el mejor día para irnos, y que al día siguiente venían otros 60,

Confortable habitación, excelente desayuno, tranquila piscina y agradable bar en la terraza superior, con bonitas vistas nocturnas.

El restaurante de la terraza superior no llega, se queda en una prueba de sabores. Un detalle muy feo fue que al solicitar toallas para la playa el segundo día, me indica Patrick que no dan ese servicio, cuando el día anterior me las proporcionaron, siguiendo la oferta que me realizaron en el chech in, verdaderamente insólito.

El personal muy amable y con disposición.Aunque está un poco descuidado los detalles en la habitación y la limpieza.

el zumo de naranja del desayuno deja mucho que desear

een fantastisch hotel voor mensen die niet echt op zoek naar de drukte van Ibiza. Snelle roomservice, altijd vriendelijke en snelle bediening. Mooie ligging bij de haven. Heerlijk en voor herhaling vatbaar

Wij hebben hebben het niet gemist, maar het ligt niet aan het strand. probleempjes met zwembadhanddoeken 'smorgens. Badkamer luxe kamer erg klein, 1 persoons.

Staff non professionale sostituzione della mia junior suite prenotata 3 mesi prima con una secondo loro di categoria superiore ,ma non era vero in quanto era più brutta e più piccola...le junior suite le avevano affittate tutte !!??? uno scarafaggio giganteso in bagno e nessuno che per un' ora si è preoccupato di rimuoverlo la colazione inclusa nella mia preotazione servita in camera è costata per intero una seconda volta ( potevano far pagare ev. Solo il servizio) hotel spento senza fascino con un ristorante in terrazza grande quanto un balcone, la vista su formentera si vede solo dal pc lo sconsiglio vivamente rapporto qualità prezzo improponibile
