    Room was a good and a great size Pool was lovely Conciege were very good and helpful

    Service was poor in the room and by the pool Food was below standard and we chose to eat out every night instead of the hotel

    Seaview. Size of the rooms. Pool at the roof.

    Unexperienced Employees. Incredibly inefficient especially at the restaurants (esp. restaurant on ground floor and near the pools) and bars. Takes forever and e.g. the waiter took one (!) plate and the knife an fork landed on me or e.g. guy at the bar forgot our drinks etc.

    Very comfortable and good service. Spa was great with qualified staff. Nice rooftop bar and small pool. Easy parking outside on the road even in peak season.

    Expensive. Minor flaws in room service like not replacing tissues and slight smell from bath plug until we closed it (it was summer so in the Med so....).

    Excellent roof terrace with pool & bar & chilled music. Great spa & gym facilities

    Maid service - kept having to remind them to replace towels and other comforts

    Amazing location Great view from Junior suite room of marina and pool. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent selection and quality of food at breakfast was superb. Can't wait for our return trip later in the year.

    We paid for a taxi collection from the airport, however they did not turn up and left us waiting at the airport at 1am in the morning, even though I had this confirmed in 2 emails. Wifi at the hotel temperamental and not that fast. No late checkout available.

    Met all the expectation of five star hotel, attentive staff.

    We saw a dead mouse floating in the water body of the spa near the entrance of the restaurant ( when you look down) . It was there for 7 days till we left the property and no body had bothered to remove it and I can bet its carcass is still there today. Make me wonder on the attentiveness of the cleaning staff. The breakfast had no variation in 7 days. Exactly the same even the placement of the dishes. Gets boring and some regional dishes could have helped. The eggs on the buffet were consistently cold.

    The decor of the hotel is lovely. We particularly loved our corner suite and the roof terrace bar. We we certainly visit again.

    We can't say anything negative about the hotel other than we didn't have the correct room from the start and had to move part way through our stay which was an inconvenience.

    breakfast, spa, pool area and beds. most staff ,very helpful and polite

    staff not knowledgeable in the spa, were advised didnt have to book to do yoga, just turn up. called the morning of yoga to be told the class was full and we should have signed up. view of old hotel in front not good. wifi slow

    Staff and lovely welcome.

    Room technology is bit frustrating....night lights automatically come on when you get out of bed ....could not switch them off. Breakfast has gone off the mark since last visit....

    The calm environment of the hotel, cleanliness and helpful staff made the experience very positive. The breakfast buffet was good quality and diverse. The location was good with fairly good options walking distance away.

    Although aesthetics of the hotel were nice, the functional aspects were often poor. For example, we were in the corner suite 301 and the layout was great, but the Doors would all scrape against the floor and ceiling as though they were not designed properly or tested. The bathroom does not have enough counter space for toiletries and the sinks are not positioned well for the water faucet - water would often spill out on the floor and counter.

    It's a good hotel with most of the staff very very good..specially the reception, spa and cleaning staff. Pool side service is very good. Hotel manager is fantastic, he is very caring and tries hard to give the best service.

    It seemed like they are a bit stretched in regards to staff availability for breakfast. They certainly don't have a 5* breakfast or 5* service at the breakfast venue. I hope they get better in this area.

    Great breakfast, good selection of food and drinks served as part of it, in particular freshly prepared smoothies and juices. Very helpful lady at the concierge service, who was genuinely friendly and had an excellent local knowledge.

    There is absolutely no way I would rate this hotel as a 5 star, following my stay there for the following reasons: 1) Location and facilities: A lot of the facilities were closed, with no explanation or apology from the hotel as to why this is the case if say the pool on the rooftop is one of their main selling points. The location of the hotel is not great. The view from the junior suites is blocked by a 3 star hotel (or you can look on a car park/conference hall, if you opt for a cheaper room). 2) Atmosphere It seemed that the majority of the staff were hired recently for the new season and didn't know the hotel or how to look after guests, particularly with small children. Food and drinks outside breakfast took absolute ages to arrive. Although my spa therapist was very nice, booking the treatment and going to the spa was not a pleasant experience due to the lack of interest in you as a customer by the spa reception staff. No usual explanation of the facilities or help with the treatment choice was offered when I came to use the spa and book the treatment. I was first waiting to book the treatments at their reception as only one person could deal with bookings and calls, then going back and forth between the spa and our room, searching for towels, getting the dressing gown and figuring out how everything works. I had to help another girl in the same situation as after you finally changed, you discover that you would need your electronic room key to get into the spa. As a simple solution, all the necessary items should be in the lockers (as other spas charging similar amounts do) and someone should walk with you to the changing room to show where everything is. If this was not positioned as a luxury 5 star spa, my expectations might have been different. As it stands, it has a lot of scope to improve in order to meet this description.

    The Location, The staff,clenliness, Generally a very good hotel But I would expect the dislikes are fundamental requirements to be addressed in a quality hotel.

    Staff very good but you have to explain that to make a pot of tea you require boiling water and English Breakfast Tea, All tables outside for breakfast were for smokers This needs addressing as it is wonderful to enjoy your breakfast outside till a smoker comes along and smokes. Large corporate customers and weddings should not be able to take over the Rooftop Bar to the exclusion of paying guests.

    We loved our stay from the moment we arrived, a glass of champagne when you check in is great!! We found all the staff attentive and cheerful. The roof top terrace is a must, it has amazing sea and town views. The breakfast is excellent, good quality and a lot of choices. The room is very nice and welcoming. All in all, we loved our stay here and we can't wait to come back!

    the room was clean, and the hotel in general was clean.

    the staff was incompetent, the concierge was useless, and the service in general was very poor. The hotel was located with a sea view but behind a 3 stars hotel which block a part of the view. The breakfast was bad quality. The Hotel does not deserve the 5 stars
