Hotel Agur  

booked four nights stayed one. asked for double room got twin. no sense when asked to change. breakfast consisted of a stale roll with a portion of spread that would still be defrosting now. absolutly pathetic. do not advertise this hotel and let someone else who maybe not be in a financial position to move. next time we will go back to hotel jabega .

We have stayed at this hotel quite often as it is near the Bioparc, and the theatre. -and the metro and bus station .

The only comment we have is the very poor selection of food supplied for breakfast.

There is a breakfast included with your stay that is very good. We met the owner when we were at breakfast and found out that he and his family run the hotel. The air conditioning in the room works very well. There is a small terrace that was in the room. There is free wifi that only works downstairs.

The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns and it was dirty looking. The room was dirty overall (just dirt build up, like no one really cleans it well). Needs updating! This place has a spa that is extra but is run by the hotel. The rooms had a very nice shower, that we were unable to use because it would not drain properly. (Because of this, it smelled horrible!) When we told the staff downstairs about this, his reply was, "I do not know how to fix the shower". He did not make effort to move us. There was no shampoo or soap. I would describe this place as an overpriced hostal. The key to the room turns on the lights, but as you want to lock your room at night, you have to do it in the dark since you have to take it out of the holder and the lights go out. Bring a flashlight handy!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location and value for money. Will definitely return.

Could have a wider range for breakfast but understandable due to price of hotel.

I did like how they offer discount rate reduction if you want to vacate room later than 12 o clock on checking out,( when rooms are available) ,,, but when this arrangement is made I was advised room is not available but could be available if I payed full charge of 70 euros for vacating room 3 hours later. Either a room is available or not ,,,, or just dont say you will offer this service . This I did not like !!!!! breakfast is continental but you limited to one of each thing ,,, no top up of coffee ect .

It lived up to my expectations, the staff were really welcoming and helpful and i really enjoyed my stay there.

For a one night stay it was ideal, in a central location very close to bus and railway and only a short walk from the beach.

The breakfast was meagre, the milk was sugared and the dining room was spartan.

situated in the centre of the town close eo shops/bars/restaurants and quarter of a mile from the beach. good price.

La ubicacion excelente ya que la estacion de autobuses esta al lado (pero no molesta para nada!). El hotel tiene dos estrellas,precio/calidad muy bien ademas el desayuno fue bastante completo (variedad de pan fresco y excelente cafe!!!). Wi-fi gratis en el lobby 10+ !!

Solo dar las gracias a booking por anularme l segunda noche.

La verdad q vengo muy disgustada,cogi l habitacion para dos noches y solo pasamos la primera y porque llegamos demasiado tarde.Despues de contratar l suite no habia ni agus calinye ni para l bañera ni para ducharse,no pudimos duyarnos hasta l siguiente mañana.Y Automaticamente por l mañana nos fuimos a otro hotel puesto q este deja mucho q desear,es supercutre y no vi bien q nos cobraran el total de la noche ya q no podia aportar lo q ofrecian en vuestra pagina, por algo cobran l primera noche si no la gente se va.

Voor die prijs is dit een perfect en erg goed verzorgt hotel met goede bedden. Het personeel is aardig en alles is erg schoon. Het is een perfect hotel om in te overnachten, er zijn overigens ook andere fasciliteiten zoals internet en tv en dergelijke op de kamer.

Het personeel spreekt niet allemaal goed Engels, het ontbijt is erg klein, een broodje met beleg en een bakej cornflakes met thee en of koffie. Voor het uitzicht hoeft u het ook niet te doen maar hiervoor blijven wij niet in een hotel.

Eigenlijk alles, prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding meer dan een plus, bvb 's morgens vers geperst fruitsap! Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende, een echt buffet was het niet, maar dat hoef je niet te verwachten voor die prijs. Enige minpuntje, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, zijn de dunne muren waardoor je alles van een ander, en dus zij ook van jou.
