We were given an attic and that was unusual and special. We loved the room's design, the parquet flooring and the backlit design above the bed headboard which also incorporated the design of decorative muslim tiles found in Andalucian palaces. Parking was easy too.

One particular reception staff member did not have the right attitude in welcoming clients. Wished that the tv had channels in English too as they were all in Spanish.

The rooms were a good size with large clean bathrooms. Both our rooms had good sized balconies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short drive from the road to Sierra Nevada (about 30 minutes drive from the hotel) and a good shopping centre (5 minutes drive)

The spa was closed when we were there. I suspect the pool is only an outside pool but I do not know this for sure. It was not easy to find the first time.

The location is great for us as we stay here for one night and then head up the mountain early the next day for a days skiing. Excellent value for money.

Room size excellent. Communal areas very cool and nicely furnished. Wedding meal exceptional.

The long wait for the lift from the garage to reception with lights that did not function correctly, also when I went down to the garage at about 1 a.m. there were no lights on in the garage. In our room the air conditioning did not work, this was reported to the staff at reception who said they would send someone to look at it but when we eventually returned to our room at approximately 5 a.m it was still not working. As you can imagine getting ready for a wedding in a stifling room is not good, both my husband and I arrived in reception ready to leave for the wedding sweaty and uncomfortable.

Everything was great. The room was very spacious, clean, calm and peaceful. The breakfast was fine. Great location, (especially if travelling by car) if you want to visit Sierra Nevada on one hand and Granada on the other.Staff kind and helpful.

Although the building at first seems impressive everything else lets what could be a fantastic hotel down.On arrival at 3pm in the afternoon after a long journey we needed a drink and something to eat. There was not any where in the hotel open. The cafeteria did not open until 7pm.ands there was not even a drinks machine available.We booked the special romantic break. Half board in a junior suite with private hot tub.Cava and fruit in the room on arrival Romantic bath pack including mineral salts The Hot tub is actually a double jacuzzi bath. When we tried to use it the metal rings around the jets came floating off.The Cava, fruit and romantic bath pack failed to materialise When we arrived at the restaurant (for our special meal) the waiter took our room number and showed us into the buffet. I can only describe the food as slop.It was the worst we have ever eaten in a hotel When we complained at reception the lady was very helpful and explained that we were supposed to have taken our meal at a separate smaller restaurant. I also mentioned the lack of fruit & Cava and she said that would be arranged for the following day. However after a night in a cold room The electric went of at the fuse in the night so there was not any heating The bed was as hard as rock. An awful night with very little sleep I wont go into detail about breakfast and the surly, lazy staff. We checked out the next morning. So much for our romantic 2 night break.

La habitación muy amplia.

Se ve que el hotel tiene poco rodaje la primera noche pasamos bastante frio. Reservamos parking desde booking y al llegar alli dijimos que no lo ibamos a utilizar, no pusieron pegas pero al hacer el checkout decian que no se podian anular, pues si es asi que nos lo hubieran avisado el llegar. En fin, algo verdes es el funcionamiento.

La amplitud de la habitación y el baño.

Que para lo nuevo que parece no está muy bien cuidado. Habia pocas toallas para el baño, sólo una de ducha y una para el pelo para cada huésped, ni alfombra para salir de la ducha ni toalla de manos. La fruta de bienvenida estaba seca, no se puede cortar tanto tiempo antes de la llegada de la gente.

El gimnasio muy justito en material, y no tener una piscina cubierta para uso libre.

El hotel es muy bonito, y las habitaciones muy espaciosas. Teníamos la habitación más simple y habían 2 terrazas y una bañera hidromasaje espectacular. Destaco también la comodidad de la cama.

El transporte público en domingo es escaso, ya que solo hay un autobús cada hora pero si te lo puedes combinar es un gran hotel al que ir.

Poco personal La calidad de la comida pésima A medida que aumentaban los huéspedes empeoraba el servicio

De entrada, desde mi punto de vista, nos llamó la atención el diseño y fachada del hotel, lo vimos muy bonito con ese estilo árabe. Nosotros nos hospedamos dos noches en una suite junior con desayuno buffet y cena gourmet. La habitación nos gustó muchisimo, no hemos estado en ninguna igual. Era muy amplia y organizada, las camas (dos de matrimonio juntas) muy comodas, los baños cuidados y limpios, funcionando la bañera de hidromasaje a la perfección. Reponen cada día tanto sales de baño como el cava y la fruta para el caso de la suite junior. Con respecto al desayuno y cena, el desayuno lo vimos bastante completo, sin llegar a la abundancia como puede haber en otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Y en cuanto a la cena gourmet, que consta de cinco platos, nos pareció casi si no igual al menu de una boda. Nos resultó exquisita y muy completa. En cuanto al acceso a otros lugares cercanos como la ciudad de Granada, hay una parada de autobús muy cerca del hotel (linea 181) por lo que hace muy comoda la comunicación a Granada sin necesidad de coger el coche. La atención de la recepción y restaurante fue buena, nos dejaron salir una hora más tarde de la habitación.

En cuanto a las cosas que no nos gustaron, los amenities solo era gel-champú y pastillas de jabón. Podría haber pañuelos, gorros de ducha, etc., cosa que no había. La toalla de mano no se podía colgar cerca del lavabo. Sobre el desayuno, no nos pareció correcto que el paté, el aceite, el tomate, mermelada, sobrasada, etc., estuvieran en platos y tuvieramos que untarlo en el mismo lugar donde se encontraban sin apenas espacio para apoyar el plato mientras lo untabas, además de tener que usar para ello un cuchillo compartido por todos. Y finalmente, otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que un recepcionista nos quisiera cobrar 30 € por salir dos horas más tarde de la habitación. Sin embargo, otra recepcionista más tarde si nos dejó una hora más sin pagar nada extra.

El hotel en si es precioso, el exterior expectacular

El interior un poco desacorde con el exterior, las habitaciones tienen buenas instalaciones pero mal mantenidas,en mi caso: el hilo musical no funcionaba, la bañera hidromasaje rota, telarañas en las esquinas de los techos, la puerta de cristal del baño rajada, el perchero de toallas suelto, la nevera minibar no enfriaba, humedades en el techo y la terraza inundada por la zona del desagüe. Es una lastima que un hotel tan bonito lo cuiden tan mal.

Lo mejor ha sido la suite porque era muy amplia y la bañera hidromasaje estaba de lujo.

La radio de la habitación no funcionaba, para ser un 4 estrellas superior no te daban ni un artículo de baño y pocas toallas.

En general, todo. Destacar la decoración tan exquisita de las suites, la comodidad, el equipamiento de las habitaciones y los baños, "no les falta un detalle". Por otro lado, el hotel es precioso, el personal encantador, amable y muy atento. Y no olvidar la comida, todo delicioso y con una presencia espectacular, ya que se trata de platos de diseño. En resumen: ¡¡ para repetir !!

Pues he echado en falta el wifi en las habitaciones, ya que sólo se disponía de wifi en las zonas comunes.
