Well placed hotel for seeing old town of Caceres. Parking is in a municipal car park (quite expensive) but that was the only down-side to this 4* hotel.

Buena climatización e insonorización; instalaciones modernas y un baño bastante amplio; la cama cómoda pero un poco corta para personas altas; el wifi, lentito pero bien. Lo mejor de todas formas, es la ubicación, a un paso de la plaza mayor.

La ubicación es muy buena y el hotel está muy bien. El parking del Hotel no es muy cómodo, hay que meter el coche en un ascensor, aunque el personal es muy amable y nos lo aparcó. En la habitación no hay espejo para verse de cuerpo entero.

Hotel antiguado en sus instalaciones, con falta de mantenimiento: La tv no funcionaba y se iluminaba de noche cada pocos minutos, la ducha estropeada, iluminacion en la habitacion pesima, era imposible leer en la cama, ruido de motores de aire acondicionado trasmitido a la habitacion desde el exterior ( me puse tapones para poder dormir), limpieza escasa. Personal de recepcion antipatico. Todo ello en un hotel clasificado 4 estrellas y bastante caro. Relacion calidad precio muy mala.

En genenal me gusta el hotel, el personal, las instalaciones y la ubicación del mismo. En la segunda planta, el detector de luz tarda demasiado en activarse, de tal manera que cuando casi estas en el ascensor y has llegado a tientas, se hace la luz.
