La ubicacion es excelente para visitar Santiago, en pleno centro. El Hotel es muy bonito y las habitaciones están muy cuidadas Lo único malo, que deberían advertir que es imposible acceder al hotel en coche. Tienes que dejar el coche toda la estancia en un parking público y llegar andando al hotel, con las maletas etc. y además al ser un parking público, sale bastante caro, pero no hay otra alternativa, porque aunque busques sitio para aparcar, toda esa zona es de estacionamiento regulado. Esto deberían advertirlo en la información del hotel.

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption Einzelzimmer war sehr, sehr klein. In dem Bad konnte man sich gerade noch mit Mühe umdrehen. Der Eisenrost des Bettes ist m. E. erneuerungsbedürftig. Die Doppelzimmer sind jedoch sehr geräumig. Meine negative Empfehlung gilt nur für das Einzelzimmer.

A localização, atendimento das recepcionistas, tamanho do quarto e o mobiliário. Por ser um prédio com caracteristicas preservadas, não comporta elevador. Ficamos no terceiro andar, nossas malas eram grandes, o que dificultou um pouco o acesso com as bagagens.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistinnen. Aus der Hotelbeschreibung ging M.E. nicht deutlich genug hervor, dass das Hotel über keinen Aufzug verfügt, um in die oberen Etagen zu gelangen und kein Frühstück bietet.

フロントの女性が大変親切でした。 値段の割に部屋が大変広くこのまま暮らしてもいいくらいぬくもりのある雰囲気でした。 古い家具が丁寧に配置されバスタブもあり部屋の窓からはカテドラルの鐘が見えます。 残念なのはエレベーターがないことと朝食システムがないことです。
