Close to airport but not completely bland. Nice staff.
A little bit worn. But for one night was just fine.
It would have been perfect, if not for the mosquitoes. Near the airport. Good staff and modern decor at a great price.
Mosquitoes pestered me all night. They came from the vents, perhaps? I could not sleep. Avoid room 214. Maybe the other rooms are perfect.
Staff were welcoming, helpful & friendly. Rooms were modestly clean.
Lots of insects and mosquito stings. Bad smells coming from toilets One fan between two rooms. Breakfast described as continental but all you get is a small glass of orange juice, Coffee or tea and one pastry. Not worth the money.
Very comfortable place with nice and helpful staff. The surrounding area is very quite and green and one feels very close to the nature.
Very close from Bilbao airport
Prime location near the Zamudio technology park. For business travellers this might be a great option. Free car park.
Might use a renovation, some furniture and decor feels a bit oldish.
Very cheap hotel - 35 euro for bed and breakfast. Set meal was great value for money - 15 euro for three course meal plus a bottle of wine. Food was delicious.
The staff was kind
The wireless internet connection was bad, but the
It was cheap and close to the airport.
The hotel was noisy.
- Location, close to the airport but quite
The desk staff were very helpful and polite. The cafeteria staff were impatient and unfriendly. I had a room with two twin beds and a cot added so I could stay there with my two teenaged daughters. The room was absolutely jammed with beds. We could not walk around. The room had a bad smell. I immediately opened the windows and left the door to the hall open to air it out. An artificial airfreshner was in an electrical outlet. On a bizarre note, the bed had a painted bedboard in a sort of a rustic folk style. It had a giant, hideous picture of a devil with a huge erection killing a snake. I would post a picture if this program allowed. It was a hideous and mentally disturbing image. I draped a scarf over it. The woman at the desk apologized and agreed it was a strange choice.

The staff was friendly, kind and spoke good English. Especially the reception was very helpful to us. We had taken a night bus to Bilbao, so we arrived early in the morning and just wanted to drop our bags to the hotel. But I guess the room was already ready, so they checked us in and gave us the room (even if it was 10 am in the morning), which was really a nice gesture as we were tired from the other night. (Most hotels would just take our luggage but would tell that the rooms weren't ready even if they were) The hotel is beautiful and in a quite area. The bathroom was good and the room was okay. The location was a little hard to find for us but if you get off the train in the right station, it is very close to the hotel. We booked the hotel because it was close to the airport but going to the centre is easy, too. All in all, it was worth our money and I recommend it to people staying one night before their flight.
The breakfast was included, but its really not worth the price-they just give one croissant, orange juice and coffee. They could at least add one piece of tortilla or bread. We got hungry again before the flight. The spa was okay but not that useful. They should renovate it a little. The halls should be renovated too, they look old and ragged. The beds aren't that comfortable and the lights in the room aren't enough, you can barely see anything at night.
The staff were friendly and competent above average.
