Lovely spa,friendly helpful staff

Too many people in together

Very friendly and efficient staff with good English. Location is excellent for a tour of Cantabria or a stopover to & from ferry ports. Quirky design of hotel. Better value than ever.

Food, location

Second visit, once again a friendly relaxed atmosphere and good food! We will book 2 nights next time!

This is my second stay whilst waiting for a ferry from Bilbao to Portsmouth. You can not beat the location.The location in a small cove with clean sea and the beach is exellent. Very popular location. The room also had a small balcony over looking the cove and the views were brilliant.

A bit tired after my last visit 2 years ago. Could do with a coat of paint. Some facilities offered did not work. Such as internet. Which had it been working (and there is no alternative locally) I would have found an email letting me know my sailing back to the uk had been cancelled. I asked to rent the safe in the room and it took 10 minutes use of sign language, drawings and checking with google translator to get the recepionist to understand the word safey deposit box. The key for that safe did not then work, Also I don't think the room had been let recently as the bathroom smelt and the water was rusty until a bath had been run once. The staff were freindly but take a good phrase book as if they don't understand there is no further help.

It is far from nearest village. I recommend to use a car (your own or to rent), if you decide to stay in the hotel.

The position is really fantastic. It is few meters from the sea. Friendly staff. Good and very cheap restaurant vith sea view

Beim Frühstücksbuffet hat sich niemand blicken lassen und es wurde nichts nachgelegt.

accueil - petits déjeuners variés et copieux - cuisine raffinée - spa - emplacement de l'hôtel (vue et calme)- personnel compétent (sauf repas du samedi soir) - très bon rapport qualité/ prix -

service du repas le samedi soir , la personne était visiblement beaucoup plus préoccupée par la disposition des tables pour le lendemain que par le service des personnes présentes. La nourriture était parfaite.

Excelente ubicación. Habitación muy grande con una preciosa terraza desde donde podías divisar toda la playa. El Spa estaba muy bien, y el desayuno era suficiente.

Mobiliario bastante descuidado, tanto como muebles viejos con tablas rotas, así como la cama no era demasiado cómoda para mi gusto.

La habitacion una verguenza,me dieron ganas d irme mas entrar,humedad,la cama parecia que la habia hecho un niño de dos años y acia frio.necesita una reforma

las instalaciones, servicios etc muy justos incluso justos en algunas ocasiones. El spa, en concreto, diminuto, la habitación pequeña, etc.

La ubicación Desayuno

LA habitación tenia muebles muy antigüos, rotos, la puerta del balcon estaba rota con lo que con el viento que hizo nos hizo pasar una noche sin pegar ojo. LA habitación 213 es muy pequeña y en la bañera "hidromasaje" no salia el agua muy caliente. Ademas los empleados denotaron conflictos laborales. Para varias las fotos de la web engañan mucho.

La ubicación es buena. El restaurante esta bien a diferencia de las habitaciones y el spa

Es un hotel descuidado. La habitación esta bastante dejada a nivel de mobiliario y limpieza. Me sorprende que booking ofrezca un hotel de estas caracteristicas porque a pesar de que las ofertas sean asequibles, no es nada recomendable.

La verdad es que me ha sorprendido gratamente, todo ha sido perfecto el unico pero si tengo que sacar alguno es que la zona de spa es algo pequeña pero cuando la utilice yo personalmente habia poca gente asique perfecto.

Las habitaciones son asquerosas, hacía ya muchos años que no dormía en un colchón de muelles, las habitaciones no corresponden con las fotografías (habrán cogido un catálogo de habitaciones y han puesto las fotografías de las habitaciones), al ser SPA tienen un gran caldera y no para de hacer ruido por la noche. Resumiendo, un hotel para no volver.

Zimmer (besonders das Bad) waren nicht sauber, WLAN funktionierte nicht, Einrichtung im IKEA-Style war ok aber schon nen bisschen runtergekommen

viendo el baño de la habitación y la habitación se quitan las ganas de ir al spa

El baño del hotel la bañera demasiado alta y con el borde mal acabado al bajar cai y me hice 2 morados, imposible ducharse personas de segun de edad avanzada,

la situacion y el servicio de spa. La decoración es tipo Ikea, pero muy bien. Los desayunos buffete son increibles.

No nos gusto nada

La limpieza era nefasta teniamos telarañas en el techo, el lavabo tenia moho en toda la mampara se le habia caido una tapa de un desague y el boton del lavabo para tirar de la cadena no estaba. La ventana que habia en la habitacion estaba rota y no la podiamos levantar y la television solo se veian cuatro canales. Aquello en vez de una habitacion parecia un zulo.
