Food was cold, Double room did not include a double bed. Staff were very rude when this was pointed out and air Con did not work.
Good location, if you need to come here from the airport -near is a bus stop, bus no. 21 comes every in good chance 40-50 min ( but written that every 30 - it isn't true) there is a big supermarket near and a lot of little shops, to come to the sea it needs about 7-10 min. For young people and groups of friends it is the best cheap and friendly place. A lot of German people a little bit noisy but normal.
I didn't like the staff in this hotel. They work like a machine not like a normal human. I asked them by phone, by booking.com specialist, wrote in letter, when i arrived at first day! i asked them 4 times about early check in and late check out. They always said "no problem!" And I had a problem because when I asked them 5 th time at the last day what I need to do prolong my room they said " you need to check out" and I have a big problem because they said all times that I need only pay for a half day and stay and no problem!!! But nobody sais that IF THERE WILL BE FREE ROOM !!!!! And also there was a little bit dirty. In bathroom and in bed I found a lot of hair, and there were dirty towels.
we liked the location. It's one good hotel 3 stars.
Noise and behaviour of young people in the hotel. Absence de refrigerateur.
This Hotel have a good location
Hotel noisy, some people running around in the night slamming doors... Room not clean enough, asked for a double bed got 2 uncomfortable twins pushed together, no soap or shower gel supplied, poor food quality and bad service. The stuff are not friendly and not helpfull at all...
Nice bar and patio areas, as well as large lobby with plenty of seating. A couple decent pools available in case you don't want the sea or are too drunk to walk there. Buffet breakfast was pretty good, not spectacular, but good enough. No other American tourists! Just me with lots of Germans, some Russians, and a few other Europeans. This is basically true of the whole island! With doors closed, the room was pretty quiet. The bus stop for buses to Palma (#23 is best) and the airport (#21) is right across the street from the hotel, though be warned the the #23 bus sometimes is filled to capacity by the time it reaches this stop and will bypass it. It might be better to walk to a prior stop, or walk 7 minutes to the beach and catch the #15 or #25.
Dinner buffet wasn't very good. Maybe worth the minimal extra charge to include it, but half the time we ate elsewhere. Drinks of any kind, including water, are not provided at dinner unless you have the all inclusive package. Geez! Room air conditioning, at least on top floor, barely adequate during hot weather, even at night. The hotel lost all water pressure for a few hours one morning. Probably was a freak occurrence (I hope). Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel, not the front. Though the front has the good view, the back is quieter. Request a higher floor for more distance from the loud outdoor patio. Top floor is number 6. Staff didn't seem to have the friendliest attitude (except the housekeepers). Nothing really bad, just a bit stiff sometimes, maybe because they were dealing with so many young German students on holiday and in party mode. At the hotel, the young students in party mode were actually pretty much in control. They likely let loose at the beach and bars at night. But, unless you really like this atmosphere of partying university students on holiday during the high season, you're best off avoiding the S'Arenal and Playa de Palma areas. I found it fun and curious to walk around the main avenue along the beach at 3 in the morning and watch and sometimes talk to the students, but I suspect a family or many older adults might prefer some place quieter. It's a shame, because the 6 kilometer sandy beach with shallow waters for up to 150 meters out, and with plenty of services and bars and restaurants and shops and transportation on the avenue, is nice enough to almost forgive the mass of sunbathers and swimmers. Walk or take a bus or the little fake train (4.50 euro round trip) up to Balneari #b14 (food and toilet kiosk) for fewer crowds. The Geminis is closest to b02 and b03, which really gets crowded, though you can always find a spot.
