Staff were great, really helpful. Room was clean and the location was fab. It's really good if you're on a budget, as it's v cheap. They didn't tell me about the automatic booking in between the hours of 1pm - 6pm. If I hadn't enquired the day before I travelled, I would have been waiting outside the hotel till 6pm, because my flight landed at 1.05pm.

Akelarre Ostatua was very centrally located in Gernika. Historical sites were within easy walking distance as well as the open air market. The room was small but had everything that was necessary. The staff were extremely cordial and accomodating. Price was very reasonable.

chambre simple mais très propre et fonctionnelle avec de bonnes dimensions; a l'accueil la personne est vraiment très aimable est disponible cherche a résoudre le moindre soucis vraiment je me suis sentie bien dans cet hôtel; le temps n était pas avec moi sinon il y a des terrasses a chaque étage..vraiment bien

Una pensión estupenda, en pleno centro de Gernika, a dos minutos del Ayuntamiento y de la estación de tren. Muy acogedor, tranquilo, limpio y lleno de detalles que hacen la estancia muy agradable. El sistema de recogida de llaves hace todo muy sencillo llegues a la hora que llegues, un lujo por el precio. ¡Muy recomendable!

Tenint en compte que és un hostal,tot fantàstic, el personal, la neteja, les habitacions, molt cèntric, decoració cuidada, hi estat en hotels de tres estrelles que estan molt per sota d'aquest hostal. No té parking, al ser una zona peatonal, has de carregar a peu amb les bosses.

Staff davvero gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, camera pulita e accogliente, servizi ottimi e ottimo il prezzo. Consigliato a tutti! il bagno era direttamente in camera con un piccolo divisorio, molto bello da vedere, ma non proprio comodissimo.

La ubicación sobre todo, y lo bien organizado que está todo. Me gusta la recepción automática debido a que si llegas fuera de hora puedes disponer de la llave de la habitación sin necesidad de esperar a la persona encargada. En general todo muy bien.

El trato del personal lo normal.la ubicacion es el punto fuerte. Las habitaciones bien para pasar una noche o dos,pero son mas bien pequeÑas y el colchon no es de los mejores. Tienen una terraza estupenda,donde puedes desayunar muy economico.tambien podias llevarte tus cosas y dejarlas en la nevera como la leche por qj,luego alli tenias cafe,te,cola cao.....lo q necesitara Si pasas por gernika y quieres dormir una noche,esta muy bien y es economico.no se le puede pedir mas. Tardamos mas de una hora en encontrar como funcionaba el agua caliente.hacia bastante calor en la habitacion,pero habia un ventilador y con eso estuvimos bien.se oye un poco a los del resto de habitaciones
