Al Andalus Jerez  

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The place was in a lovely traditional Andalucian style and it not have a corporate feel. the location couldn't have been better

would have been nice to get breakfast on site...probably would have slept too late to avail of it

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Even let me store my luggage past checkout. Very patient also since I didn't speak fluent Spanish .

The bed was hard, and the floor could have been cleaner.

The staff. I liked the manager and the girl and the boy. I particularly liked the manager and the girl.

I would have liked to have stayed in one of the main rooms on the ground or first floor and not the room in the roof.

The brilliant hotel with beaitiful decor, amazing staff, that helps you so much that you feel like you are staying at the family house! The location is perfect as its couple min from the town centre!A place not to be missed! muchias gracias por todo ayudo!!!

The authentic Andalucian building with orginal tiles & two courtyards. The staff were friendly & helpful and the location in the centre of town convenient for everything. The bed was extremely comfortable the room exceptionally clean with maid service daily. Room face either an internal courtyard or over the street with balcony as ours did. 3/4 bath and shower in a modern bathroom were very effecient. Excellent value for money that we have already recommended to others.

The cafe was not open at any time during our stay.

Loved the Andalusia court yards and the central location. It was very cheap and the guy was very friendly.

Didn't like having to ring a buzzer to get into the hotel, didn't like having to let the water run for 5 minutes before the hot water came through(in winter), Room wasn't quite clean

we liked the welcoming reception, the beautiful appearance with attractive places to sit.

The only thing we would say is that the bath/ shower was very very slippery and we think they should provide mats but otherwise a briliiant place top stay.

Air condition in my room was very weak.

I would truly reccomend Al Andalus Jerez to other travellers! Very clean rooms, nice patio and very helpful and friendly staff.

Beautiful building near the centre of Jerez & the staff were very helpful, friendly, able to communicate with us in English as my Spanish is rubbish :)

Very basic with no facilities but fine for our stay and purpose. Room was comfortable enough

I stayed at al andalus 4 years ago with 5 friends during the ferias de jerez. I loved the hotel then as it is spacious and has a lot of communal outside areas (andalucian patios) you can hang around with your friends or read a book to scape the outside heat! I only stayed for one night this time on business but it was exactly the same as I remembered. It is also very central, can walk into town in 3 minutes.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und andalusisches Ambiente.

Buenísima relación calidad-precio. La habitación individual era para dos personas, con lo cual, muy amplia y cómoda. Limpio y céntrico. Sin duda repetiría. Un hotel dos estrellas que sin duda no decepciona.

el lugar es muy centrico, la atencion es agradable

la temperatura en el baÑO es dispar Y algo pequeÑO. si estas en habitacion exterior por la noche puede pasar pero segun amanece hay ruidos.

Cerca del centro, limpio, muy bonito.

Entrava luz por la ventana y no podiamos dormir por la mañana, no teniamos toallas y las fuimos a pedir, y el agua salia muy caliente (hirviendo) no havia forma de que saliera fria.

Lo que mas el personal, su amabilidad por encima de todo; la localización, y que el hombre de la recepcion se parece al doctor Lecter el de la pelicula de Hannibal; segundo año que nos alojamos aqui en feria y repetiremos fijo.

Quizas en la habitacion olia un poco a alcantarilla debido a las tuberias, es comprensible por ser un edificio viejo, pero las habitaciones estan recien pintadas.....

relativ teuer, kann aber auch an der beliebten Reisezeit gelegen haben; recht hellhörig aber auch nicht schlimm

Las duchas el agua no tiene presion y te quemas o te duchas con fria .
