The location is good, but they don't have a parking space as they advertize.
The bathroom wasn't clean and I don't think they have changed the sheets either. No parking space, you have to pay 25 a day off season to park in a nearby public parking
Close to a public carpark for which the hotel has a discount so we ended up paying 22 euro instead of 26 for something like 20 hours. There's an option of paying 8 euro from 8 pm to 9 am.
No chance to buy any food or drinks at the hotel but you could right in the same street.
Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, wifi in room. Cafe in local hotel is suggested for breakfast. It was fine (and 3.5 euros) but to be honest, there are nicer places in town for the same price (and less than 5 mins walk)
Slight smell of drains if windows shut for too long and reception staff were unhelpful about having late check out (even 30 mins). Given that everyone was leaving that day, I am sure it could have been managed but there was no flexibility. They had igmored e-mail request for this before I arrived.
The cleanliness of the room and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful for anything we want
one of the cleaner staff was very rude with my wife when we were leaving the hotel The picture for the bathroom was different from what I've seen during the reservation
polite staff and very helpful
Nothing to dislike
Very clean and safe. Nice views (harbour and city). Many nearby cafeterias offering traditional andalucian breakfasts (pitufos con tomate etc.). Close to everything but still a few steps away from crowded shopping streets. ++One little gesture made this hotel stand out: the cleaning lady left us some snacks/breakfast (orange juice and some pastries) which was very nice, especially concidering our early morning flight next morning. I will definitely keep this hotel in mind for next time :) Thank you!
The water pressure in the shower was good. Hotel was 15 minute easy walk from the train station. Wifi worked well. Hotel safety and security was good.
room was very small
The room was comfy and modern (although not too spacious), nice bathroom, and location was very good.
The cafeteria wasn't open on weekend.
Hyvä sijanti, siisti, kiva kattoterassi
The hotel is clean and beautiful, the wifi is free and fast
The location is a bit far from the city, but the nearest metro is just 5minutes walk from the hotel.
Great location and very friendly staff
Parking can be a challenge
Great rooms accessible to all central sights and amenities.
Hotel staff was very friendly, spoke English very well and were extremely helpful. We wanted to ride bicycles down the beach and the staff directed us to a cheaper bike shop around the corner as opposed to the shops on the beach. Also gave us perfect directions from the airport to the hotel. 24 hour reception
Everything was great. We even had a surprise breakfast on our pillows.
V Friendly service and help 2 rooms and an enclosed terrace so the children could be outside while we got ready for the day.
The hotel is on the 8th floor up a lift which as we had 2kids and 2 weeks luggage incl car seats took a couple of trips, our room was then a floor up without a lift so it was a pain arriving and leaving. However we did have help and the location is excellent.
Mostly quiet and friendly staff
A chair on the balcony had been a good thing! Breakfast included served at the hotel had made the visit more comfortable!
it was in the middle of a building site. No kettle to make a cup of tea and no facilities to get anything
The hotel is located in the centre, close to the oldtown and ca 20 minutes walk to the beach but not in a noisy street. Staff is helpful.
Very good quality for this price, rooms with balcony are very luxueus. Wifi reception was not present in the rooms in the back, but the staff solved this very adequately by relocating us to another room. Great location as well.
If I would change something, I would improve the bed quality.
Room was lovely.
No kettle for the English!
The receptionist was very helpful and nice, giving us a map of the city and telling us the good places to visit. The room was a little small but nice facilities and a nice patio. Overall it was a nice experience.
Location near to shopping area and old town centre. Balcony, so you can go outside. Clean rooms, we even found a small bottle of orange juice and a wrapped chocolate cookie per person on our pillow after cleaning. Breakfast is not served, but you can eat a nice breakfast at 20 m from hotel for 3,5 euro per person (if you have a business card of the hotel, ask at reception).
Mattress was a bit thin and bed was squeaking every time somebody moved.
Fair price, clean
Dated, no facilities other than rooms
There has to be 'do-not-disturb' facility. The staff-lady came knocking door in the afternoon when I was taking siesta.
