Location, value for money. Good in the off season. Very thin walls - we could hear every word spoken in the rooms either side of us. Thankfully, we were there in the off season, this hotel would be too noisey in the busy season.

The Hotel is a simple small hotel but it is very well located. We walked every where. Close to shopping and pubs ect. It was noisey .... being so close to the pubs there was lots of noise outside. The Spanish create a lot of noise late at night!!!

The location of this hotel is perfect, it is very close for everything. Everyone is really friendly and helpful in the hotel, the hotel itself is nice and charming. We really enjoyed our holiday here :)

In total I can say was good, where was close to shopping and city center,and port and most nice places in Alicante The bed was comfortable but it was not double bed, it was two single bed and you most stick them together.

Situacion excelente. Cafe y tostadas en la cafeteria "belle epoque" muy buenas. Habitaciones cutres y ruidosas (ruidos de desagues, follon en la cale...)

Reservei o hotel por uma noite para ficar com o meu irmão. A razão da estadia era simples... Curtir a noite e não ter que conduzir.Fiz a reservar via iphone e por engano reservei apenas para uma pessoa. Fiz o check in as 22h junto com o meu irmão e a mesma funcionaria as 7 da manhã disse simplesmente que se queríamos ficar os dois no quarto tínhamos que pagar o dobro! A cama era de casal e era apenas para 4 horas. O valor do quarto era de 58 euros o que so se justificava pela localização porque tudo o resto era muito pobre! Agora 116 euros!! Foi das experiências mais ridículas que tive num hotel até hoje. Nota: a estadia para essa mesma noite no Mélia de Alicante para duas pessoas era de 89 euros!!!

Servicio wifi no disponible, el recepcionista me informa del coste del uso de su ordenador 2Euros/30m, mientras la red wifi es gratuita casi en todos los espacios públicos. Habitación muy pequeña en relación con la tarifa. Toallas muy pequeñas huelen detergente muy fuerte. Cuarto de baño incomodo con necesidad de renovación. Solicite una otra toalla, la respuesta era no. No hubo cambio de sabanas el dia siguiente, solo cambio de toallas. Había una muestra de Gel y otra de Shampoo de tamaño carnet de conducir, que me daban vergüenza, no quise usarlas. El segundo dia pide información sobre la parada hacia el arepuerto, dos recepcionistas no eran capaz de contestarme. Durante mi estancia, sale y entre casi cada dos horas, no he visto ningún huésped en es hotel, me extraña mucho que el hotel me rechaza un late check-out de una hora. También, me interesa saber cuales los motivos de cobrar la habitación con antelación y no durante el check-out si la reserva esta hecha a través Booking.com Ahmed Attig Fotoperiodista, Acreditado por Press International & spc

Buen trato del personal, buena limpieza y habitación en perfectas condiciones, reformado muy bonito. Lo único que no me ha gustado mucho han sido los jabones del baño..podrían estirarse un poquito mas.. Pero por lo demás tiene una relación calidad-precio muy buena.

Situación céntrica. Exquisita atención del personal. Aire acondicionado con practico sistema muy eficaz y eficiente. No hay persianas, o en su defecto cortinas oscuras, que impidan el paso de la luz: en cuanto amanece a madrugar. El cobro se realiza a la entrada, en lugar de a la salida. Relación calidad precio mejorable.

Calidad de la habitación y de la atención. Se estropeó el ascensor el día que me iba y solo habia uno, tuve que bajar la maleta gordisima por unas escaleras muy estrechas a peso.

La ubicacion que tiene El trato del personal no es muy alla ,le falta servicio de cocina sobre todo para los desayunos .luego una noche nos dejo de funcionar la tv y el aire y hasta el dia siguiente no nos lo arreglaron pasamos una calor horrible
