Score from 299 reviews Very good
great location, super helpful staff and comfortable! Breakfast was also exceptional!
Free wifi was available in the lobby area only. It would better if we can have access from bedrooms too.
Location is very good, near by the catedral. Also many bars near by! Stuff was very very good and room maits young and friendly.
Breakfast wasn't good. Too small, too simple.
I loved Ioved almost everything. Amazing location, great cost, and great workers.
Only thing I had a problem with was how cold the room was. We had the heater on high and it was still cold.
the place! the location. calm. clean.
bathroom in the room (so for only the 6 people in there) a very good breakfast included for that price
no wifi in the rooms (only in the common room) No bin in the room only in the bathroom not enoughsocket-outlet (?) very dark room and no lights next to the beds. Just one in the middle of the room
kindness they only eager to make money
It is quite far from the train station, but is really close to the Arch, Castle, shops, information centre etc. Breakfast included. And they have a lift! (it is really slow, but it works!). Great for a night to see the city.
1) the location in the very center. 2) friendly staff 3) breakfast in the cafe
1) My tablet didn't receive Wi-fi signal in the bedroom although in the main room everything was fine. 2) The shower in the bathroom is strange... It has no bath and no shower cabin. Just a shower tube. You stand on a tiled floor and take a shower. After that all the floor in the bathroom represents a pool. 3) No teapot in the kitchen. A lot of Spanish hostels don't have it - and I don't understand why. There are guests fron Great Britain, Eastern Europe, Scandinavian countries - all of them use teapots to boil water for tea or coffee. The teapot is very cheap, cheaper then microwave... Ok, people can use microwave to boil water... 4) The andalusian architecture with the inner yard is good in summer to give coolness. But it's a hell in winter. Very cold.
the location, the room, the breakfast are very nice. But you have to go to another place for breakfast, even though its not far.
there was no wifi in the room, and the kitchen is almost useless.
the location of the hostel was good to explore all sights in the lower part of Granada.
the staff was not too friendly. no WiFi in the room.
the location was great, the water was quite hot which was great and I did enjoy my bath time!
Their was not much socket. And it was quite noisy outside. Their was a restaurant next to the hostel(or maybe it was included in the hostel), anyway the night I stayed was sooooooooooo terrible and really noisy. Because that night those staffs or waiters of the restaurant moved a big table in the right center(patio) of the hostel. And guesses of the restaurant began to have their dinner there, whenever they talked, we could all hear them clearly, so noisy!!! And when it was 12 of the night, they still talked so lould. All the people in my room didn't have a good sleep that night. I don't know what was really going on. Bad impression.
It's very clean hostel with good facilities and old yard.
only one plug for 2 or 4 beds. No personal lights, it's dark and inconvenient after switching off the light.
The location is perfect, everything is just a walk away. The room and the overall hostel were very clean. The staff at the reception was nice.
Wifi only in the main hall. The street is very noisy especially early in the morning and late at night. A suggest to bring earplugs! The room was really cold, we asked to turn it on and they switched it of to save energy (which we understand)but when we went back to the room to take a shower the room was freezing again and took an hour to warm it up with a very small electrical heater. The room is really dark, there's just a small chandelier which is not enough.
Location Cleaniness House design Big-screen for football match
The girl at the reception we first met is really nice and helpful but not the other guys. No wi-fi at room
located in central but in winter very cold.... the rest thing is so so..
location was fantastic, right in the center of things and next to a bunch of tapas bars. pretty standard as a hostel in most regards
not enough bathrooms or lobby area for the number of guests in the hostel. also, when we needed to check out there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up
Location, good bed, breakfast included
Very small room for 4 people. No chair in room, and no plugs in room. Just one plug in bathroom.
there were a few significant problems with this place. The kitchen was a strip of counter tucked behind a curtain, with no windows and without full facilities (no oven, a broken microwave, no pots or pans large enough to cook on the largest burner). Furthermore, I was told that the kitchen was inaccessible at the moment I went to cook--standard meal time--because the dining area was spillover for the restaurant next door. I had to ask several times to get a clear answer about when the kitchen was available. This is clearly not a hostel kitchen. Second, there's no wifi in the upper common room, nor in any of the dormitories. When I was there, most guests were very closed off to each other--this could be because of the lack of kitchen space--and it felt much more like a budget hotel without the privacy of one.
Nice design close to sites price clean bath in dorm room
WI first only in common room Not cozy, friendly, or well lit adult staff, not gregarious like young people in most hostels no gratis tea or coffee must leave building for breakfast breakfast was sugar & carbs
I like the included breakfast there and the public lounge place.
The hostel is in an alley. so maybe it's not easy to find it.
Very clean, good WiFi, dorms have their own bathrooms with the best showers I've ever used in any hostel worldwide, comfy beds, heater in the room, and... Stephanie!
First off don't stay here if you want to sleep as this place attracts the partying Euro-frat boy crowd and can be very loud w/street noise and affiliated adjacent bar/cafe which was made even worse by mgt'S. Decision to put a restaurant table for ~15 in the hotel lobby one night who then loudly dined from 23:00 (hey, it's Spain) til well after 1 am, I mean have some freakin' consideration for your paying hostel guests... Totally unprofessional. Also, breakfast included but could be better and more varied. Bit pricey compared to bcn/mad but maybe that's just Granada or could include towel for the price.
the rooms & bathroom were nice plus the lounge area too.
Excellent location; near downtown, the cathedral, Plaza Isabel; where there are buses that depart to La Alhambra, Monte Sacro.
there's only one bathroom per room. (for 6 people)
Friendly, helpful and bilingual staff. Clean and nice facilities.
Lack of a provided towel or something for a bath-mat. Also the shower was in very slight disrepair (the shower head leaked a bit out the side). A larger WiFi range would be nice. But I really have to be critical to find something bad here. I enjoyed my stay very much.
