Out of 10 hostels I stayed this one was most comfortable. Located on quiet street in the Centre a stones throw to all the sights, night life, shopping. Most comfortable spacious clean room. I would choose to stay here again.
Only one computer in common lounge area.
The location was great and the staff were really friendly -
I felt it was a little pricey for what we got, but accommodation in the city seems quite expensive in general.
Quiet , easy to find
No Wi-Fi in room. Staffs only have limited English. One of the staff even gave me the wrong bus number.
Incredible location, very comfortable twin-rooms
Breakfast, staff struggled with english
The hostel is clean and not very hot inside, although Granada's July is hot. The location is great: close to everywhere, quite and safe. The staff turned on the air conditioning for me. Many thanks.
Wifi just in the lobby
i liked location, cleaness, and quietness
i wanted a refund for a one night that i did not use but this did not happen because the manager was not there during the weekend. other than that it was nice and quiet.
Clean, friendly, not too crowded, not far from gran via and plaza isabela
Since it was so close to plaza Carmen, there was a restaurant right underneath so it was kind of loud until the early morning
This hostel was one of the best where I ever spent a night. I slept in many hostels in Spain but this is No 1. Very helpful friendly staff. Very clean and modern with good facilities. Excellent location ina quite Street but very close to everything. Two thumbs up.
I cannot tell anything.
Great value for money. Clean facilities Great location
There is no attention early in the morning.(before 9~10 a.m.)
Great location . safe and clean
A staff who understood my personal situation and did adaptations. Thanks
Nice site. Wi fi
There was BEDBURG. So fortunately i am okay. But i heard that someone got bedbug after 3 days when i leave there. Be careful about your bed, made by wood
nice kitchen to cook stuff, beds and rooms are nice and clean.
meh staff not too friendly, a really quiet/cold hostel imo, one ibm 1999 computer, no wifi in room, not the best location, kinda expensive. shared bathroom between genders. poor breakfast
We booked the room for 2 people and since we were going to stay one night location was kind of important and indeed it was fine. However, they forgot to clean our room and when we entered all towels were wet, beds were not made... When we noticed that we called the staff and they were really sorry about that. They were booked completely for that night and couldn't change our room. So they offered us an apartment that they are in charge of it. This was a bit far unfortunately and it was prepared for long stays because there was nothing such as shampoo, soap so we had to look for them outside in the night. Also there was breakfast included but in apartment no breakfast as well.
The room was clean and tidy.
The breakfast was very bad, coffee was made the previous day, cold and taste terrible. The quantity of bun was very limited and had to ask the staff to refill each time. The heater for coffee, milk and hot water was always out of order. The kitchen was limited to use by 2pm in the afternoon & by 8pm in the evening. During the closing hours, the kitchen was partitioned with a plastic curtain to prohibit you from using it. What an unfriendly act!
Very secure lock system with keycards for the main door and the individual rooms. Bed seemed big and the room spacious. All very modern and new-looking: good shower with great lighting. Good coffee. Good location. Good value for money.
The kitchen is occasionally used by the adjoining restaurant, which places restrictions on the hostel users. There seemed to be a new person on reception every few hours, which meant sometimes they didn't know certain details or where things were. Breakfast was the standard "bread with condiments", could be improved.
I have booked for four beds girls room, they gave wrong room for me, i need to stayed with guys. friendly staff but lack of information of festival with other information. Also, NO WIFE in the room.
no service at all. they don't speak English, no reception after 10pm, the dorm is large but dark
1 night double room. Service is very good.
sheet is not clean. There is a strong smelly after they cleaning the room. Noisy. Neighbor ooxx loudly.
Nice spatious rooms, funtional and clean ensuite bathrooms, good selection at breakfast
Wi fi only in main common area, my room was not ready when expected
The room I stayed was very clean and front staff were humorous and kind The location was also nice we could walk around to see everything
Wi-fi was only available in lobby downstairs but we had very confortable couch and plugs to charge phone so it was okay! There was only 1 light in the room and it was a bit dark at night.
