Lovely room, hotel and pool area. Liked the upgrade to use the Elite Room for free snacks and drinks all day. A bit far out of Seville although the bus and taxi availability was good. It seemed to have lots of bookings for parties/weddings etc... And of course very busy.

I like the room, the hotel is very confortable and the breakfast was excellent. I also think it has a good pool with a bar. The relation price/quality was really great. The location is far from the city, so you have to go by car (and the traffic in Seville is bad, there are no parking spaces) or by taxi which can be a little expensive

It is very easy to reach hotel from the local airport and bus station. Besides, you may take bus lines 03, 06 and 34 which connect hotel with major touristic attractions in Seville like Cathedral, Golden Tower, Royal Palace, Maria Luisa Park or Plaza de Espana. Rooms are conformable and very clean which I find very important. Although most of tv channels are dubbed, you may watch ccn, bbc, or some Italian, German and French channels. There is no Wi-Fi in rooms or at least our room was not in the Wi-Fi range. Hence, I had to sit in the lobby of hotel to check my mail. Adsl belongs to past. Lobby of hotel needs rearrangement. It is a bit shabby. In a word a bit overpriced.

Our favorite part was the amazing breakfast buffet! The food was great and the staff was helpful. The pool was beautiful. The hotel was close to a bus stop to get into town. There was a supermarche within walking distance. Internet didn't work well even in the lobby. As it was still spring, the pool was too cold to swim in.

Staff efficient with directions on taking buses into town centre and back. The biggest breakfast variety we have ever seen at a buffet and all fresh and tasty. Cafetaria also served tasty food and very reasonably priced. Taxis at door at all times and cheap trip to bus connections ehen heading out of town Enjoyed it all .

When you walk into the hotel, it looks impressive. Lots of places to sit, wifi, a garden. In a quiet (but not ideal) part of Seville. I would have liked the pool had we been able to use it. When we arrived we were told that the pool was broken. We had come to this hotel mainly for the pool, and the hotel had failed to let anyone know beforehand that there would not be one. Without the pool it is just a mediocre hotel far out of the centre of Seville, which means that you have to get taxis everywhere (around 6.5 euro into town), and the buses stop after 11. The first room we were given was extremely dark and was tiny, with 2 single beds instead of a double, so I complained and eventually we were given a bigger room. Even then, the balcony overlooked a large, out of use water feature, which looked like a swamp or something. We wanted a refund but weren't given one, so we stayed. That is the only reason we stayed. Also worth pointing out that the walls are so thin that the neighbours' snoring kept me awake.

The Superior accomodation was superb and very practical to visit the Feria de Sevilla They did not have a 'do not disturb sign' so the cleaning lady enter twice in our room, with us there sleeping, in order to account for the bar. Outrageous!!!!!! Do not enter in the guests room unless the guest give a permission either to the hotel lobby or the housekeeping staff. Definitely room for improvement!!!!!!!

We liked the general standard of décor and found the staff attentive and helpful. We liked the paintings on the walls the glass lifts which were like those in its sister hotel in Valladolid. The breakfasts were excellent. Whilst the Hotel is three quarters of an hour walk there were buses and taxis always available. I would recommend and stay at the hotel again. Most hotels around the world, even in Vietnam where we were recently this year, have flat screened televisions. They also have a kettle and cups for coffee and tea. When it rained the leaks dripped onto the sofas in the lobby area. The operation of the coffee machines in the breakfast room seemed difficult for people to understand.

The staff very helpful; the room was comfortable, clean; a beautiful hotel; the buffet for the little breakfast was excellent and generous; a little far from downtown; we had some difficulties with internet in the room, we have to ask before accepting a room because the free wifi is not in every room and they block certain sites;

Hotel room spacious and breakfast was excellent with a huge choice. Staff extremely helpful. Local bus into Seville 1.40 euros each way. Taxi at hotel door 10 euros. Nice Italian restaurant across main road. School groups staying and were really noisey in corridors and banging on doors, and our friends were woken by phone call at 3am, no one at other end. Not hotels fault, but suggest security patrol corriders when school groups are there. Charge for car parking 14 euros per day, too expensive. Saw at least 2 cars with broken windows parked in street, so park your car immediately in front of hotel.
