Parking & proximity to city
Bed was so un comfortable &roon too hot
All was ok but location is lil bit far from center
breakfast was very good
first room we stayed was untidy, not finished reconstruction.... dusty, after complainig (twice) we moved to better room
just a small comment it would be a good idea to have several microwaves around the resturant like many other hotels, as several iterms of food were very cold ie bacon, eggs beans ect other wise perfect
Everything was perfect except WiFi. Especially breakfast and Room space was great. Highly suggest you to stay this hotel if you are young couple. Not so far from center(3.9km). For this price it is unbelievable...
Helpful and caring staff. On our second morning we were upgraded from the regular breakfast buffet. Gluten free rolls and cookies were available. Easy to find location.
Front desk service
Wifi is absolutely below standards - Booking promises free Wifi - the free Wifi is extremely slow (in fact works only at night and is overburdened by day) - you will have to pay (a high price) to receive real service - Booking should not lie about 'free' when in fact you'll have to pay if you wish to do your normal work
Everything was ok, nothing special to like, easy to find when you are coming from airport
- expensive breakfast
Calme, clean rome, very kind person at réception, excellent breakfast. Not very far from bus stop.
with a electric boiler for making tea in the room it would be perfect.
Great breakfast. Large, quiet (superior) room with a sitting area and a balcony. Good public transport to the centre of Sevilla about 150m from hotel. Business hotel. Free on street parking.
Wifi was slow and sometimes not working at all.
The hotel is piece of good architecture - interesting connection between spacious modern lobby big patio under a glass roof. Moorish-inspired elements combined with raw concrete walls and columns. Comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet with plenty of fruits and local food. The bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre. Will come again. Recommended.
The food that should be hot (bacon, sausage, hot dogs etc.) were cold. I did not dare to try the eggs. It is rather far from the centre of the city, however, this was expected and reflected in price.
very nice hotel with great restaurant (very good breakfast and great buffet in the evening) swimming pool is super!
a little bit far from the centre but no problem if you are by car
price, breakfast is good.
big business hotel.
breakfast excellent. pretty gardens, good location, verandah (with superior room)
rather dark room, no coffee maker in room (mini-bar without price list), impersonal atmosphere, extremely slow wifi unless one pays extra, just not "cosy and welcoming"
A very good restaurant, very good service at the restaurant.
1. A very long queue for the check in - waiting for about 1 hour - absolutely unacceptable. 2. The staff's attitude not very polite. 3. There was only one dirty and small chair in the whole double room. There was no apology or a word of explanation after my request for a clean chair. 4. There was not even a small bottle of water. Quite shameful as these days wateer is a basic ttreatment in good hotels. 5. An absurd air conditionning system not allowing for setting the temperature individually in the room while the temperature set for all the rooms (!) was too high for healthy sleeping (21C). It seems this system is quite archaic.
nice price with a large room and balcony.
the employee awlays too busy to help, and the location is a little bit far from city center.
great hotel with very nice breakfast
reception is bit understaffed at busy moments. Location to center
Andalus is a very big hotel with a lot of extras - bars, shops, a pool, etc. There is an excellent and very affordable tapas restaurant. The architecture of the complex is airy and has some wonderful features such as covered fountains. Most importantly, rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and staff assisted our needs well. It is a relatively very cheap option.
But... although easily reachable from the center (a 10 minutes drive if once you know the way), most first time visitors will not arrive that way. We found it exceedingly frustrating to find the hotel, as it is not signposted anywhere. Once there, the facilities made up for a lot, however, we found the whole place, with its huge lobbies and interminable corridors, strangely lacking in atmosphere and even slightly eerie.
The internet linkage is tiresome, it goes off when you leave premesis.
the check in is too small and lacks sufficient people to handle volume flows and so struggles when parties arrive.
La richesse du buffet petit-déjeuner.
Peu ou pas de personnel parlant le français
quality and friendliness of staff. Quickness of reception. Location for major sights, nice safe area.
Menu choice lacking in Restaurants. No tea or coffee facilities in bedroom. Hairdryer not very good.
Bus station near by
Separate breakfast lounge for the tourist groups
The location is quite good. Breakfast must be one of the best one could hope for. Staff pretty friendly and helpful although language [English] was certainly a handicap specially with room service/ house keeping.Room pretty comfortable and clean. Kettle for tea/coffee would have helped. Hotel parking was a blessing.Bus stop to go to city centre is conveniently located.
Wi Fi was less than satisfactory. The explanation[security reasons] is hard to digest. I wish all decent hotels should have a few English TV channels. That is a common observation for all major cities in Spain.
