Staff Breakfast Pool
No restaurants, or cafés in walking distance of hotel.
Easy access to landmarks and attractions via the efficient bus service near the hotel. Great bar staff who were helpful with recommendations. The cleaning staff who were very patient and attentive, which helps during a long hotel stay.
The bedrooms could benefit from an update with new carpets and paint
Very spacious, brilliant choice of food for breakfast
Night staff was not very helpful at the reception
Always a taxi outside waiting
Breakfast – Tasty and great selection of items. Rooms – Clean and cosy. Parking – Available in nearby neighbourhood. Facilities – Pool and lobby are great for relaxation.
Great hotel giving fantistic value for money. The hotel was spotless, with a lovely pool and great breakfast, very enjoyable.
The bedrooms were a bit basic, I would have liked the quilts to have been covered for better cleaniness. Only negative feedback everything else was great.
facilities and the cleanliness. staff were kept very busy but were helpful. A public bus runs into the centre of Seville, just outside the hotel which is useful to know.
beds were extremely uncomfortable, rock hard. The food in the buffet restaurant was good but expensive, the other restaurants were not open despite it being August.
nice swimming pool, clean room, space for parking around the Hotel
20 min by bus to the center
Breakfast and swimming pool.
Great value for money, nice and very tidy hotel
The hotel has a good connection with bus 34 to city center. Swimming pool is a plus especially on hot days when you return from a walk in the town is nice to cool down in the pool. The staff except the receptionist don't speak English but they are polite and try to help.
Needs a fresh touch. Rooms and carpets are looking tired
Excellent facilities, lovely reception, bar and restaurants. Spacious gardens and pool area. Larger rooms with balconies well worth the extra. And the excellent massage was worth every cent.
Spent a great week in Seville, staying at Al- Andalus: ultimately chose this hotel due to the size of the pool (previous experiences with city holidays, pools are tiny) and plenty of space to sunbathe and have shade. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted so it was ok just being a taxi or bus ride away from city cente. Food pool-side and in Bistro was lovely. Beds in room were very comfy with soft linen. Shower pressure very good and air conditioning worked very well.
Service could be very slow in cafe in the mornings for coffee. Bedrooms and bathrooms visually quite dull and boring - very basic.
Great place to stay
Noisy airco ! Rules at the pool should be respected.
Pool was very nice; Staff has been politely
Everything a little bit sleazy (e.g. toilets, beds); Not very central to the main places of Sevilla; The whole hotel is more appearance than substance (e.g. cleaness)
Value for money Good breakfast Pool Location
A bitty tatty and worn down Not a 4 star in a million years Air-con in the corridors was off Very busy
Breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Shortage of sun beds around the pool, given the size of the hotel.
Unusual hotel with alot of character even though a modern building. We had a fantastic view of the football stadium (Real Betis). Good underground car park with lots of space.
The hotel is a fifteen minute bus ride from the centre of Seville but the bus service is very reliable and cheap. Surrounding area only okay but we did enjoy being by the football ground and managed to see a match.
Breakfast excellent with big variety
There was a problem with the door(couldn't open/needed repair from the technician) could have give us a different room instead of waiting
Easy access to Seville Reasonable price Good facilities Friendly and efficient staff
Hotel a bit tired in places pool area Food
Goood for money. Clean and comfort.
Old property. Rooms small and old. Air conditioning poor. Reception staff helpful but takes forever as they are understaffed. Check in /out or any query takes 30 min wait.
We liked very much having breakfast outside in the terrace. Generally it is a good value for money, nice environment, spacy rooms, elegant bathrooms and a really very rich breakfast buffet. The personnel is doing its best to be polite and helpful
The hotel is quite far from the city center. The hotel management could have arranged for a small van to/from the city center. There is a bus stop close to the hotel but it is not frequent enough. The problem becomes evident after 11pm when the bus stops and someone has to pay around 15 euros to reach the hotel from the city center in a taxi. In addition it is not at all elegant for a hotel of this rank that someone has to pay for the safe box, and for using public internet terminals. I have been in many hotels around Europe and never had to pay for using the safebox.
Everything, the pool, clean room, excellent staff. I will repeat definitely.
A little bit far from the city center.
