Rooms a little too hot - no air con and having the window open made it quite noisy

The hotel is located just next to sightseeing object Arab Public Baths, and has a free parking, what you can't find near most of the hotels up the hill! The hotel has only one star, but in reality it is better than 3-4 star hotels in Ronda. The garden, pool and breakfast is superb! Swimming and watching horses makes you feel like in nature park. Wi-Fi is very fast and staff is very friendly, speaks perfect English! If the window is open, you can hear horses, dogs, but when it is closed - silence. For us it was perfect to leave the car near the hotel, climb up to the city (maybe 150 meters to go), have a good tapas and drinks in upper restaurants and then to come back down to small nature paradise. Our room had no TV and no AC (we had fan on ceiling), but for as it was a benefit as it made us feel as in countryside and opening a window was far more better than if we would have AC, as due to location and relief, temperature in the night makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Shower is very narrow, so shower curtain may stick to you while taking a shower.

The hotel is beatiful and the breakfasts and facilities are welcoming. We really oved the welcome and the relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is situated in the Old town and the swimming pool a real bonus to relax. If you have not visited Ronda this is a hotel you will enjoy. Christian and Miriam were welcoming and we will certinly return.

The hotel is an old building located on the outskirts of the old town next to the Arab Baths and overlooking horse paddocks and countryside. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the New Bridge but very steep climb. Comfortable and characterful traditional hotel with very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast taken on the patio overlooking the countryside. Liked the small swimming pool. Free parking next to hotel. Good bar/restaurant closeby. The pros definitely outweigh the cons with this hotel.

Difficult to find but worth it. Climb up the hill was a bit strenuous on hot days. Our room and bathroom were on the small side but adequate.

We loved everything about this hotel. It's location right next door to the ancient arab baths, just out of the city (5mins walk), peace and quiet looking over some horse paddocks. The hotel is beautifully built in an old farmhouse in the Moroccan style. Christian the owner is very friendly and helpful for information. He organised a horseback tour for us on short notice which was really fantastic. Breakfast was nice and fresh with good quality of food brought to the table when you ordered. (not buffet) We didn't want to leave and we will for sure be back to Ronda and this hotel!! The lobby is also very beautiful with many nice books and a swim in the pool to cool off after a day of walking around in the heat was just amazing.

    everything was great!!

Great location in a truly historic town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is from a bygone era and thankfully has retained its charm. We would hope to go back one day.

We would like to have stayed more than one night.

Despite being in Ronda this small hotel sits below the city wall and is akin to a countryside lodge. Friendly staff (although limited English), nice cosy rooms with large comfy single beds, powerful shower and free wifi. Parking can be a squeeze but we managed ok. Breakfast is a delight and freshly prepared with meats, cheese, coffee, fresh juice and fruit. We had it outside in the landscaped gardens looking out at the hills and Poppies. There is a pleasant area for sitting and reading, plus the terrace has a small pool and relaxing water feature. The centre of town was easy for us being fit, and the steps up to the old town is directly across from the hotel.

Lots of barking dogs kind of spoiled the peaceful setting. As others mentioned, there is a foul smell but we only noticed it outside the entrance.

The balcony and view Breakfast in the garden Spacious and had a rustic charm

Not a fault but quite difficult to find and the hill to get into the town would be quite a challenge for some

The location is good and there is free parking nearby. The hotel is nicely decorated. The owner is taking pride of his place. He serves a nice cold breakfast. I found beds to be most comfortable.

The rooms And the bathrooms are on a small side.
