Hotel Albarracín  

The morning of our one night stay there was a power cut. The manager and the catering staff did everything possible to overcome the lack of power.

The evening arrival at the hotel was spoiled by the worst staff I have ever me in a hotel in more than half a century of travel.

No a/c in the room which was rather cramped. Breakfast started at 7:00 pm which is great and the breakfast buffet was superb, I recommend the tortilla. We did run out of Orange juice one morning however. One problem was internet access which was a card based system at €6.50 per hour. Even the staff admitted that it was very expensive.

The rooms are clean with plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. Lunch in the hotel dining room was excellent with a good menu selection, delicious food and friendly service. The hotel is located in a small Medieval town that is stunning with beautiful views and wonderful architecture. On the outskirts of town there are other interesting things to see like cave paintings, a Roman acqueduct and a toy museum. About an hour away in Percense there is a incredible castle to explore.

The hotel is very understaffed and aside from the staff in the restaurant were very unfriendly. According to the front desk the cafeteria/bar was never opened when we were there, although the beer bottles and chip bags on the tables indicated that it had been opened at some point. The breakfast for 28 euros for 2 was a dismal and unappetizing affair. (We had juice, coffee, and croissaants for 8 euros for two in town.) The hotel is very difficult to get to. One must park outside the hotel to deposit luggage, turn the car around on a very narrow and steep hill with many pedestrians and parked cars and vans, park in a parking lot about 600 metres away and walk up a very steep hill to get back to the hotel. Anyone with limited mobility would have found the climb very difficult if not impossible.

La habitacion no se corresponde en absoluto con el excesivo precio pagado por ella

Mi estancia ha sido solo de un día por lo que poco puedo opinar.La habitación tenia buenas vistas y era muy normalita ,con una televisión que ademas de ser pequeña, estaba instalada dentro de un armario lo que dificultaba su visión.El cuarto de baño regular ,no tenia bidé. El desayuno muy pobre y poco variado. Es posible que mi opinión este un poco influenciada por haber estado los dos días anteriores en Zaragoza en el Hotel Palafox y comparando calidad/precio entre uno y otro la diferencia es abismal

Las vistas

No me gusto el ruido infernal del aparato monstruoso que estaba debajo de nuestra habitacion,tres noches casi sin pegar ojo,tres noches durmiendo con las mismas sabanas,habitacion con polvo y humedades en el techo,cuarto de baño incomodo y sucio chapado mampara y demas,en el desayunos se terminava las cosas rapido,los aparatos de zumos ,tostadas y demas muy sucios,en generalhasta el aire acondicionado muy sucio,cena una sola camarera para todos,muy lento,osea que solo me gusto las vistas,que lastima de vacacionesw,no dormi nada y no fue por que me fui de fiesta,si no por mala gestion del hotel,un saludo

Lo mejor la ubicación,la habitación amplia y bastante limpia, tenia balcón,por lo tanto buenas vistas al exterior!!!

Las ventanas muy viejas,muy cara la habitación para lo que era,la decoración demasiado clásica,para ir al hotel tienes que subir una cuesta muy inclinada,no hay sitio para dejar los coches!

Estuvimos muy bien, un pequeño problema de limpieza pero lo resolvieron nada mas decirlo. Perfecta ubicacion y buen restaurante. Muy recomendable..

Las camas en habitacion doble son muy incomodas y pequeñas

La insonorización es nula en las habitaciones , oyes perfectamente a las dos habitaciones contiguas.

Lo único bueno eran las vistas que tenia la habitación que me dieron en la primera planta, tenia unas vistas estupendas del pueblo y el rio

Los desayunos muy malos, no he encontrado nunca un hotel en el que el desayuno fuera tan malo,tanto en cantidad como en calidad, la categoria de tres estrellas le queda un poco grande
