Area a little run down

Lack of coffee making facilities in room.

We stayed 1 night en route to other parts of Spain. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

It would help to have clearer directions to the hotel on the information available.

Staff were very friendly and although they did not speak English it was easy to be understood with just a couple of Spanish words from a phrase book.The room was clean and the beds were new and firm. The hotel is very convenient for Murcia airport and is walking distance to the seafront. There was heating in the room which was needed because it was a cool windy night. Overall excellent value for the price, and we would definitely stay there again

Street parking is very limited so it would be advisable to book a parking place with the hotel if you can

It was lean and tidy and adequate for our needs. Breakfast onsisted of a glass of orange juie, up of offee and rusty bread.

Its lose proximity to the airport.

Staff were very helpfull and the hutel was very clean,room was plenty big enough for 2 people,

Trato cercano y familiar, sin grandes lujos pero limpio y comodo, relacion calidad precio muy buena

El precio por una noche me parecio bastante correcto, de hecho lo elegi por eso. Las instalaciones buenas y la habitacion limpia y con todas las comodidades.

Solo eche en falta en la habitación el wifi, en el resto de instalaciones ignoro si habia.

Me ha encantado la ubicación, la limpieza y el trato tan amable del personal del hotel.

EL hotel está renovado, cuidado en todo detalle, muy limpio dónde lo mires, excelente calidad precio.

La proximidad a la playa, el precio en oferta de las habitaciones con 50% de descuento, el personal.

La limpieza y que funcionara bien el aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece en el mes de agosto por la humedad y calor que hace. La estancia en el hotel ha sido muy agradable. Una de las personas que nos acompañaba tiene un régimen especial y el personal del hotel hizo lo posible por adaptar el desayuno a sus necesidades.

La limpieza

Segun informacion en su pagina, hay aire acondionado en las habitaciones, el cual lo regula el hotel, no he pasado mas calor en mi vida soy de Córdoba España, que los 50 grados en verano los rozamos casi todos los años unos dias, pero esto de tener que dormir a 31 grado con aire acondionado es inhumano, despues de reclamar 2 veces, Ni caso hicieron.

Dos funcionários, composto por familiares do proprietário, muitos gentis e cordiais, uma beleza que não se vê mais.

Fui muito bem atendido.

Ideally situated for Murcia San Javier airport for next morning early flight which is the only reason I stay. Reasonably priced and clean.

Location is good for getting early flight next mornning

Stayed overnight after taking friends to Murcia airport which is close by as we fancied staying by the sea. It is a friendly small hotel, just off the beach area - very spanish (not much english spoken by staff, but not a problem for us). At past midnight, they dealt with a problem with the air conditioning very quickly and efficiently. Didn't eat at hotel, but dining room looked pleasant.

We booked to use the hotel car park, which is down a very very steep slope underground and is extremely small. It holds three cars only (other two belonged to the hotel staff we believe). It was almost impossible to manoeuvre our car to exit, although one of the helpful staff arrived to show us how to get the car positioned onto the slope out. Definitely don't use the car park unless you have a very small car! There is free car parking around the town. This is just a warning, not to complain.

Location in town. Near to Murcia Aiport (10 euro Taxi). Clean and comfortable bedroom. Friendly staff but little English spoken. Breakfast was simple - toast, coffee & cake.

Qualité d'accueil irréprochable, écoute attentive et souriante du client. Très bonne tenue générale des parties communes et de la chambre. Insonorisation appréciable. Petit déjeuner copieux.
