The location and the decoration of the room. The breakfast was good. The staff was kind. The bathroom cleaning (there was a spider and some hairs from I don't know who) The breakfast was out of juice and toasts. The bath didn't have courtains nor cristal glass so all the water fell out into the bathroom floor.

Buena relación calidad-precio. El menú de la noche, excelente. Muy escaso de servicios: la bañera no dispone de mampara o cortina; el armario huele fatal, tanto que no me atreví a dejar la ropa dentro; el desayuno es self-service, sin ningún servicio, por lo que te encuentras con los restos de los desayunos de otros huéspedes encima de las mesas.

Hotel nuevo, en una zona tranquila, el personal agradable muy atento. En la Habitacion no tienen cortinas opacas ni persianas, por las mañanas no hay quien pare, eso lo deje escrito en el libro que tiene en la habitacion, pero no hacen nada y eso que hay anotaciones del año 2011.

Hotel nuovissimo, molto curato e confortevole. Camera (con bagno molto grande) pulitissima e ben arredata. La presenza del bar-ristorante, gestito dallo stesso personale dell'albergo, è utilissima (visto che in zona non ci sono grandi alternative). Colazione soddisfacente. La struttura dista una ventina di minuti in auto dal centro di Santander ed è situata in una zona residenziale. E' adatta solo per chi viaggia in auto.

Tranquilidad y afabilidad Parecía que estaban a medio rodar. En el desayuno no había platos y la luz automática se encendía y apagaba constantemente.

Lo mejor la ubicación. La limpieza de la habitación minima en cuatro noches, solo se hicieron las camas y se repusieron las toallas del baño. El desayuno pesimo muy justito.

Personal agradable y cualquier cosa que necesites que esté de su mano lo harán. La cama de matrimonio cómoda, la habitación limpia y bonita con una temperatura ideal con posibilidad de apagar la calefacción si se deseaba. El desayuno buffete ni muy abundante ni escaso, correcto. Aunque lo mejor del desayuno es sin duda el zumo natural preparado con termomix de naranja, manzana y limón (delicioso!). Calidad precio correcta Me ha gustado todo. Sólo creo que no le gustaría a aquellas personas que busquen una habitación de diseño y lujosa. Pero para ser un dos estrellas está fantástico, repetiría sin duda

El hotel está muy bien, es todo nuevo, muy agradable y acogedor. Cuenta con todos los servicios que se pueden necesitar, así como wifi gratuito incluido. El sitio está muy bien, está cerca de Santander, y Torrelavega, asi como de otros destinos turísticos conocidos. El personal es muy atento. Lo unico malo, es que el hotel no tiene cortinas oscuras ni persianas, y es imposible pegar ojo.
