    - The hotel is placed right on Rambla Nova, at 10 min walk to the train station and about 15 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from the market or the closest supermarket. - free WiFi in the room (although not so good)

    - The information about the hotel are misleading: The room they gave us had no balcony, no satellite TV, no toiletries available and no iron, although they were included in the booking. - Cleaning the room needs improvement - There was a lot of noise in the hotel late in in the evening everyday - The room we booked had 30 m2 but the one we got was smaller - The breakfast was poor and did not offer many options

The size of the room was great. The location was central to the old part of the city

The balcony door would not lock

Location of the hotel is perfect: close to all sightseeings, restaurants and big supermarket. Also I liked big room and comfortable small kitchen in the apartment.

A little bit noisy neighbours. And very small lift - for slim persons. But it depends on construction of the building.

There were only two advantages over our previous booking experience in Spain: good Wi-Fi and pretty good location, meaning you're in two steps from the city's main street - Rambla Nova. No other good impressions.

We had to make several complains about the room we've got, it was really not that is mentioned on the photos so please be provident and ask them exactly what they mean by 30 m2 room. The reality may shock you :). Finally we changed our room. Extremely tight elevator - no more than 1 meter so we were witnesses of waw-effect when newcomers saw this :). We couldn't sleep well since too rough bed didn't allow us to get our portion of the rest in this room. Our window showed us the windows in few meters in the house in front of us. No balcony - there are very little amount of rooms with one. Almost no room cleanup, but this is common for Spain hotels :).

ideal location for exploring Tarragona, friendly reception staff.

The room we had was dirty particularly the floor. The bed had a plastic protector on it. I had some medication taken from my room during our stay.

    Location perfect for exploring Tarragona

    - no iron board available!! - curtains block out no light - not that the curtains mattered, it was so noisy. You heard everything from every room in the hotel

It's a nice hotel. The location is quite good although a bit far from the beach. If you like walking, it's perfect for you. Closely located to the old part of the city and its tourist attractions. The market is not far from it. It was cleaned every day. Didn't have an opportunity to estimate breakfast coz we had a small kitchenette in our studio so could cook ourselves. Almost all members of the staff were polite and helpful.

It would be better if we had a kettle in our kitchenette.

    Good location, price, and facilities.

Breakfast was small and limited (but sufficient) and wifi was sometimes erratic.

Very helpful staff. Excellent location of hotel. Wonderful views over the local food and wine festival and then Sunday market. Lovely old town and great beach.

The microwave and floor in the apartment needed a good clean. The pool was very cold and very small.

The location, the layout of the rooms (with bed, little kitchen and fridge).

The plumbing was a bit strange (the bathroom sink started spewing water at 6 am).

Helpful and attentive staff. Very clean room as descibed, great location right in the heart of Tarragona. God value for money. We were given free breakfast on the first day, whcih was a bonus.

Would benefit from softer mattress on the beds.

Location directly on Rambla Nova, close to the old town and "Mediterranean balcony". Spacious rooms (studio with kitchenette). Rich breakfast.

    - very well located - on the Rambla Nova, the main street, and quite close (2-3 minutes walking) to the sea panoramic view; quite a good walking distance from the railway station (approx. 15 minutes) - we had a room with kitchen very well equipped and balcony (although it had a view to the back side) - lots of shops, bars, cafes, mini-markets etc very close by - touristic objectives very close by as well (approx. 10 minutes walking) - the beach is approx. 25 minutes walking

    - there were tiles on the floor and it was quite cold in the room (there is no central heating, only A/C) - we had no toiletry objects available (soap), although our booking had them included - the balcony hadn't been cleaned for some while (rests of cigarrettes left)

    Breakfast OK, good location.

The room was nothing like the photos. The room and bathroom smell of stagnent water from the drains. The aircon was very noisy. The room was not very well cleaned. There was no soap/shampoo provided.

booked a studio room, had everything we needed apart from a kettle, clean comfortable, plenty of room, the Alexandra has a small plunge outdoor pool, although staying in November we didn't try this, staff excellent with good English language skills, very central for shops, beach and coach station, set amongst, bars shops and café environment. stayed here while visiting our daughter, who is attending the local university.

the weather rained for 3 days!

Nice hotel close to parte alta. Maybe 3 star. Good value for money. I would recommend this to travelers seeking a nice hotel who do not want to spend an arm and a leg.

The experience was just what we expected.

Reception was very efficient & friendly. Breakfast was also very nice.

The bed was extremely hard & had a plastic cover which meant it was quite noisy. Also the toiletries were the worst I have seen for years.
