La situació és excel.lent, a la millor zona de Barcelona. Les instal.lacions són molt bones i l'habitació que vaig ocupar, a l'últim pis, va ser perfecte. El personal molt amable. |

comfort, location, style, cleanliness. The hotel staff were generally rude. On arrival there was no greeting or welcome, just a surly receptionist. The one exception was the final receptionist who advised us on our onward journey and actually smiled!! |

I have stayed there before and I don't think I will go again... very bad service, bad attitude of staff... they are in the "service " industry... yet they tend to treat guest like they should not be bothered about answering querries... |

Location was fantastic and the quality of the hotel was just as described. The cleaners were outside our door very early and didn't seem too bothered about keeping the noise down even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. |

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. Very comfortable but could do with a few small extras such as a kettle, tea/coffee and maybe slippers. Quiet location and a good part of Barcelona to stay in. |
