Daytime hotel desk staff were pleasant and helpful I was extremely disappointed that paying for three nights accommodation and being airline staff we had to leave one day early and check out agent have the nerve to charge me for two bottles on water used from the mini bar |

The main reason I booked this hotel was the price and the shuttle service to/from the airport. I was also pleased to discover that we could take a shuttle to the city centre free of charge at 11.30am. The first hotel staff we encountered on arrival was very formal and rather gruff. The location of the hotel is very practical for airport arrival/departure but the surroundings are not very appealing. Services once there are quite expensive. |

The proximity to the aeroport, and not being too far from Barcelona city centre. To me looked like the hotel is right in a middle of an industrial estate which it was not mentioned on the website. The view from the window was ugly. |

The free shuttle was not available for my early morning flight so I had to pay for a taxi which cost more to go the ten minute drive to the airport than the taxi I took from the train station to the hotel. |
