Sercotel Best Western Alfonso XIII  

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location was relatively easy to find by car.

The bathroom plumbing gave off an odor but nothing major. Had problems with wi Fi connection through out hotel. They were attempting to fix it while we were there but it took some time. The guest computer was extremely slow. Coffee machine in mezzanine did not work and when I reported it was told I had to go upstairs to the cafeteria. The coffee was gratis which was a plus.

An easy location to find

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern. The buffet breakfast was excellent, a good choice of food and very pleasant and helpful staff.

This was an overnight stop on our journey, so location was excellent for travel, however it is quite a walk to the historic part of town, although worth the effort.

When we got to the hotel to book in the deputy manager was on duty (guan I think) he completely ignored us- not even an acknowledgement that we were there and continued to print out and copy some papers. It took a full 10 minutes of loud grumping for him to give us a very short and curt 'hello' . When we finally got to the room it def did not resemble that of a 4 star hotel instead it screamed cheap American motel. The next morning whilst I was I. The bathroom the about 8 in the morning the cleaner just open the door without knocking! I am certainly never staying there again. Massive disappointment. Very very let down by the manager on duty's attitude.

The Hotel has a nice atmosphere and is situated near to the historical centre, port and shops. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. The hydro baths were particularly relaxing after a day exploring on your feet.

No Tea or Coffee making facilities in the room.

Muy buena relación calidad precio. En la habitación cabía la cuna sin problemas.

No tiene rampa para carros/sillas. Al entrar para acceder a los ascensores hay unos 8 escalones que con la silla del niño es un poco incordio. Pero bueno, para la silla del niño no es para tanto. En el caso de minusválidos no se si tendrán un acceso alternativo, sino eso ya fastidia mas.... Aun asi voy mucho a Cartagena y siempre voy a este hotel.

Destaco su ubicación, que lo sitúa cerca de todo en la ciudad, y fácilmente accesible. Además, su precio se ajusta bastante a los servicios prestados.

La ventana de la habitación está casi clausurada por un enrejado que no permite el paso de mucha luz. Los vasos ofrecidos son de plástico, resultando de una calidad impropia.

Limpieza , confortabilidad, buen trato, excelente relación calidad/precio

Hotel agradable y con facil zona de aparcamiento, a un paseillo de la zona cultural de Cartagena, aunque allí las distancias son muy cortas.Sin duda, volveré la próxima q vez q vayamos a terminar de conocer la ciudad...Ah!!!...genial la bañera de hidromasaje después de un día de pateo..

La única pega q le pongo es q las habitaciones, aunque son exteriores, tienen una especie de reja q no deja ver la calle y apenas entra la luz del sol..

Hôtel correct. Services, confort, petit déjeuner. Possibilité de parking appréciable.
