Hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The lack of decorations is high. The lobby looks so 'dead' and depressing. We got stucked more than 10 times in the lift, as it is 100 years old. There was graffiti signs on the elivator mirrors, I thought no one ever cleaned it!!
The first room we were given was 443, it had to much dust, bed stains, disgusting hair in the bathroom, as well as dirty stains on hairdryer and bath! They changed the room to the top floor which was the same standard, but we check in at 10 PM, so we decided to spent time more wisely and went to the town.
Breakfast is the same every morning, large variety but low quality.
Receptionist seem to be busy talking rather than rushing to help. When asking how can we travel around the answer was ' obviously with a taxi' No extra guidance or information. The worst customer service ever.
You also need to pay for WiFi and safe in the room! Hotel is gready, because this is what you expect to get free when you 're young adult.
The hotel is a step away from the beach. Therefore, a bus 14 takes 20 minutes to get to Old Ibiza Town, which runs every half an hour.
Restaurants and shops are just across the road .
