The size of the room and bathroom was excellent. Very spacious, especially for a 3-adult triple room. We were extremely pleased with the room, the cleanliness, the location and ease of finding it when driving into the city. The staff was courteous and very helpful as well. They made great dinner recommendations and were all-around friendly and helpful. Such a minor thing, but the temperature in the elevator was very warm and so were the hallways of the floors. The temperature in the rooms were perfect though and that is what is more important. |

Really nice hotel and rooms. My room was internally facing (into a courtyard thing, not on the road) and was really quiet...especially helpful on the evening Spain won Euro 08 and partied hard throughout the night! My room was next to a cleaning cupboard, which meant that at 06.30 every morning I was woken up with the cleaners banging it constantly. Apart from that, it was great. |

brand new modern hotel, big parking underground at the hotel, cheap prices, big rooms, clean, biggest bathrooms seen so far during our 3 weeks trip, a 5 star hotel for 3 star price, staff was extremely helpful with parking and everything else, stongly recommended, the best price value so far of our trip (2 weeks in). nothing, except 1/2 KM walk to the basilica, but the walk is nice with lot of shops and there is a lot of restaurant that are still open late and on sunday near the hotel |

We got a special offer, which allowed us to stay in a 5 star hotel for the price of the 4 star one. Stayed at Nazaries hotel, which is very nice. |

Quality room with a good location in a quiet neighborhood at an excellent price. It's not in the city center but it was a pleasant walk there from the hotel and grabbing a taxi was never a problem to get to the Alhambra. Very friendly, accommodating staff. Coin-operated internet access was surprisingly out of place in such a hotel-- like an internet café in a 4-star hotel. Easier to manage than a business computing room, I´m sure, but still disappointing. |

The location was excellent, close enough to walking to the center. Having 2 triple rooms was perfect. towels were not changed daily. Cups were also not replaced. |

We only stayed for one night but we found that the check in was quick and easy. There was undergound parking and we were supplied a map and directions on how to get to where we wanted to go. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza Nueva. Staff were very helpful. |

Very comfortable, quiet and less than 5 minutes walk from places of interest. The central heating. It is controlled outside the room meaning you cant do anything about it. It was extremely hot in the room and I had to sleep with the window wide open. This worked out OK as the window was facing a quiet courtyard but It probably would have been a problem if the romm was facing the street. |

No problems! Direct access from car park to hotel room. Generally an unobtrusive stay at the hotel... something we wanted. Extra fees are always an irritation. Okay, so car parking is at a premium in a city not designed for cars. Mini-bar charges might generate a large income for hotels... AC Hotels don't charge any though! |
