Room dining food is horrible
The view from the drinks balcony
Beautiful decor clean very friendly good food
A little out of the wAy
The hotel is beautiful and very near the Alhambra!
We were a bit disappointed that there was no spa in this hotel! We were also without any telly the first night. There was a problem with the cable and although the night staff tried to be as helpful as possible, the poor man was not very IT savvy and the only alternative would have been to change room at 1.30 in the morning. We had been travelling all day and were already showered and in pjs...so this was not an option for us. The next morning the telly was fixed in 5 mins. This aside, we would stay here again without a doubt!
The ambience, the staff and proximity to Alhambra afforded a rich visiting experience.
Food was good but not exceptional.
Incredible place and ubelivible hotel
Cold in the room but after 1 hour with condition it is ok!
The location was good walking distance into to town and the Alhambra monument.
It was a style over substance the room was small the pictures show a grand old hotel but was disappointing we asked for a cooked meal and was told the restaurant was closed and could only suggest walking to a nearby restaurant
The accommodation was comfortable, but you are paying for the name and location rather than anything outstanding in the hotel. Its a way into the city centre but the C3 bus stops outside and is very regular and convenient.
There is nothing to complain about with regard to this hotel - but you need to know you are paying for the history rather than anything else.
Great architecture and views, fab balcony bar
Bathrooms could do with updating, rooms tired
Great location and the terrace views
Looking tired for a 4 star hotel
Stayed in junior suite. Beautiful, spacious, close to Taberna La Tana--great wine/tapas bar. Classic bar in hotel with excellent old-school mixologist.
Wi-fi a little weak in room.
location, restaurant, views and reception area and lobby looked great.
our room was a little small, with two single mattrasses put together.
The elegance of the communal areas.
The room was a bit small, as was the window.
We really liked the proximity of the Hotel to the Alhambra Palace site which is a 10 minute walk away. The views from the Hotel over Granada and to the mountains beyond are amazing. The staff of the Hotel were most helpful and very friendly.
Very convenient - at the bottom of the hill to the Alhambra entrance. Food is good but expensive. Elegant classic hotel with beautiful tiled lobby and dining room.
Friendly people at the check in and lobby
Price of the breakfast , does not have relation with what they offer , way to much for a basic buffet
Location was great. Veiw of the city was unbelievable. The staff were v.friendly with recommendations and correcting my Spanish.
The usual 'hotel noises' based on the ventilation system, but not upsettingly so.
Nice hotel in good location with friendly staff and efficient free wifi in all parts of the hotel. Wonderful restaurant (Carmen San Miguel) 300 yards from the hotel.
Uncomfortable beds and noise disturbance from wedding disco, although the hotel moved us to another room. Breakfast poor. The hotel charged 3.5 Euros for the use of a coffee pod or tea bag for the machine in the room!
Everything was prefect, Food, Hotel, Location.
The hotel staff made our stay very enjoyable . The hotel was truly pet friendly . The restaurant was excellent .
we loved the moorish decor and the views were amazing from the hotel. The terrace from the lounge area overlooks Granada and to the Sierra nevada beyond. I'd suggest an hour to have an aperatif and enjoy the view.
Only slightly annoying was the smell from the drains in the bathroom.
The small room not able to relax. No bathroom heating. Poor breakfast over cooked and cold.restaurant a bit faulty towers cold food again.
Location was perfect for the Palace and only a 10 min. Bus to the town centre.
The room was very small for the €135 we paid.
Beautiful hotel. Nice veranda with a beautiful view of Granada where you could have lunch or just coffee or a drink.. Close to Alhambra and to town if you like walking a bit. Had a great meal in the hotel.
I wish we had a room with a view and a sauna for cold winter evenings/nights.
the view from the terrace is simply stunning and the proximity to the palace is great.
Dinner did not start being served until 8.30pm
