Close to the airport. Easy to find. Good price when you only need a place to sleep. Your staff gave exellent service in giving driving directions and booking a hotel i Valencia. The breakfast was very good for the price.

Your staff in the restaurant ( evening ) were only spanish speaking, could be much better. The menu is nothing to be proud of. It would also be nice with some more intl. TV channels.

Excellent apartment facility. Everything you could need, except a bottle opener. There is a pool outside and two spa pools with sun bathing beds. Great for families and groups. Can't fault it for the hotels services.

Without your own transport it is hard work to get to. You cannot walk to town from here and it takes around 15-20mins by bus. It has no sign from the main road so you will not see it, but it is near the Etap and Holiday Inn, so use them as a guide. Their is the number 27 bus which goes by every 30 mins (Not really tho). And the C6 airport bus. These stop on the main road and then you walk for about 10mins. Ask the driver to stop at the Holiday Inn. The main problem is I do not speak Spanish. The hotel reception staff were very unhelpful!! One is a trainee and she is very poor. When you check out, just leave your key on the desk. Otherwise you will wait 20mins while they deal with other customers. Just to tell you to leave it on the desk. They will not volunteer this information and i get the feeling they do it on purpose. (Especially since it happened both times i stayed their.)

Convenient to airport. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Lounge and top blanket on bed not very clean. Walls had NO SOUNDPROOFING at ALL! I could hear the couple next door all night! Got no sleep. Just awful if you are in bedroom where the wall is adjoining another apartment.

We needed something close to the airport (we landed very late at night) where we could spend the night. For a large family of two adults and four children, this was a very good suit.

This hotel does the trick for you. It's a good place to spend the night but I would not want to stay for longer than one or two nights. The kitchen is VERY poorly equiped. We found four plates, four cups (only two were of the same kind) and four sets of cutlery. It would be a challenge for six people to eat together...

Great hotel great staff very helpfull nothing to much trouble.We booked it because how close it was to airport,but I would go back because it was such a nice hotel and because of such nice staff.don't miss out book this hotel.We also liked it because it was away from every thingl so if you want lots of bars ect this is not the one for you.

Fantastisch! There was à real kitchenette even with Washington machine. The rooms are appartements! All brand new!I Visited I visited during winter bit I Will come back during summier because the swimmingpool with jacuzzi looks

Medium tempered water = no possibility to tap up a warm bath. The room was to cold even if you raised the temperature on the AC, I was frozen stiff when I woke up.... and I had to defrost... in medium tempered water!!! That sucked! Wouldnt rate the hotel with four stars, rather three.

We booked a room for 4 people. We got an appartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 seperate bedrooms for a great price. Own kitchen and fridge. Perfect for one or two nights in my opinion. Everything is quite new so in good condition. The atmosphere in the room was neat, but quite dull.

It is close to the airport which is what we were looking for as one of us had an early morning flight. The staff were wonderful, a taxi was ordered the night before and was promptly waiting. The room was very clean.

The breakfast Buffett was not worth the 8 euro charge.
