Close to the airport. Easy to find. Good price when you only need a place to sleep. Your staff gave exellent service in giving driving directions and booking a hotel i Valencia. The breakfast was very good for the price.

Your staff in the restaurant ( evening ) were only spanish speaking, could be much better. The menu is nothing to be proud of. It would also be nice with some more intl. TV channels.

This is a new complex. The rooms are apartments and great value for money. Fine swimming pool, too.

Potential customers should be warned that this hotel, although in built- up area, is rather isolated. There are no bars or restuarants near by. There's not even pavement beside a busy road to allow you to walk towards town if you wanted to. You have to use a taxi to get into town and back. So you can add 20 euros onto your room rate. Also, the hotel advertises that it has wifi throughout the complex, but it does not. In the week we were there I couldn't access the internet from our room. The staff, when told, were unconcerned and did nothing to rectify the situation. If you need a good internet connection don't pick this hotel.

The rooms were very well equpped and spacious. We had a two bedroom apartment for 3 but could have slept 6 at a push. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The staff were very helpful.

The location was in the middle of nowhere, no nearby resturants or shops. There is a cafeteria in the hotel. Allow for 10 euro eachway to Alicante centre. Although ther is free Wi-Fi it's almost hopeless. Very difficult to get a connection and would usually drop after a couple of minutes.

Parking facilities, apartments well equipped, almost new, big, swimming pool.

The air conditioning doesn't work well.

The apartments were clean, and very tidy. The atmposphere was very relaxing.

The internet Wifi was no good, the connection kept dropping.

We reserved a bedroon for 02 adults and when we arrived they were sold out of this apartments so they gave us another apartment, there was no TV in the room and the phone was not working, we had to go all the way down and they said that we could move a TV from the living room inside of the room.. I was expecting something much better.

Lovely clean hotel. very friendly and reception staff especially helpful and polite. Nice walk surrounding hotel.

Stay ruined by constant incessant loud noise overnight. Hotel was booked in order to be near airport so we wouldn't have to rise very early morning to travel from our original destination. Thought it would make things easier and would be less tiring but was in fact the absolute opposite, we got no sleep at all. Doors slamming, people shouting and screaming all night, whole place echoes. Nobody around to supervise. Usually easy going but this was unacceptable, noise still going on at 6am. would not go here again because of this and would advise others of the same No shopping facilities nearby. Only very small restaurant/cafe/bar but clean and buffet food good.

Medium tempered water = no possibility to tap up a warm bath. The room was to cold even if you raised the temperature on the AC, I was frozen stiff when I woke up.... and I had to defrost... in medium tempered water!!! That sucked! Wouldnt rate the hotel with four stars, rather three.
