Nothing special just a pass by hotel for a cheap price. close to the beach although not on the beach, nothing to do there... Be carefull at the breakfast cause they observe precisely. Lady stoped me with dangerouse spanish warnings while I was walking out the room with a small cookie in a hand "it is not allowed!!!!" So I had to swollen the cookie and show empty mouth... Surroundings slumses... All buildings arround looked like a comunist slumses high and dirty. Except reception none speak english... they even dont know what is "ok" or "good" although they try to answer their best in spanish.. |

Location: quiet, close to the very beautiful San Juan beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Internet access (WiFi) should be free, now it's very expensive: 2 euro/hr. |

Nice area close to beach, quiet. Difficult to find at night, rather further from Allicante that I expected. |

The front desk staff were quite friendly. When I had a problem with the safety deposit box, they made an immediate call to be certain that the problem was fixed. They were also very willing to offer tips and suggestions for things to do in the local area as well as the downtown area. I loved that the location of the hotel was away from the downtown area but very easy to get to by bus, tram or taxi. The sea view balconies are great the the continental breakfast was quite sufficient to get the day started. I am definitely coming back. Actually, nothing to complain about. Just make certain you ask for a room with a sea view on one of the upper floors (5th floor - upwards) if it matters. |

I found that the proximity to the beach was a bonus. The swimming pool was big enough and the staff were helpful. The tram is also close by and takes 20 minutes to central Alicante. |

little out of date interior design, well located, pretty close to the beach but really far from the city (8km to alicante) centre. it's approx. 25km to the airport. unfortunatelly it could have been annoying noisy place if it was not off season. any sound in a hotel can be heard easily. |

Front desk and cafe staff very friendly and helpful, very patient with my Spanish speaking. Extremely well located and connected now tram line 4 is finished. Beach is one block away, local shops, cinema and supermarket two blocks the other way. Bus 21 and 22 outside the door. Room had a balcony, good size tv, spotless bathroom, very comfortable beds. If you're there at the weekend ask for a room above the 2nd floor, there is a ballroom on the first floor used for weekend events which might keep you awake. Generally however it was quiet, clean, relaxed, perfectly located for the beach and excellent value for money. There was a tiny mistake in the bill which the hotel contacted me about by email the very next day to arrange refund. Nothing, I was a woman travelling alone and my stay was safe, comfortable and pleasant. |

It was very quiet and relaxing and there were some shops and restaurants within walking distance. It was a bit too far out of Alicante, we had hoped to have a city break but the description of this hotel mislead us on this point. |

Fantastic staff, spacious room, comfy beds, lovely pillows, nice pool, 2 minute walk to beach front, went as a couple - but hotel clearly very family friendly. Only 30 min from Benidorm. We're picky and we would stay there again! |
