lovely room and very helpful staff noise from Plaza St Ana continued into the early morning; double-glazing muffled it a bit but it was a very noisy location |

The hotel staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We liked the fact that it was served untill 12 noon? No morning rush and there was still plenty of choice when we went down quite late. A very small lift, but that is the only negative thing I can say about this hotel. |

Worth requesting an outside room as the views from the windows are great. Location great with plenty of bars and restaurants in Plaza Santa Anna. Depsite room overlooking plaza and it being Friday night it was very quiet in the room |

excellent, effective double glazing and electronic blinds and curtains overlooking busy plaza and heard nothing. Very helpful staff I would have preferred more comfortable bed and pillows. More Spanish hotels are now offering choice of pillows similar to those used in UK and USA |

The location of the hotel on Plaza Santa Ana was excellent and the room facilities were first class. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and would have expected the bed linen to have been changed at least once in that time - it wasn't. |

Stayed only one night while passing through Madrd but a good hotel for the price located near the main train station if you are taking the train to other parts of Spain. |
