Worth requesting an outside room as the views from the windows are great. Location great with plenty of bars and restaurants in Plaza Santa Anna. Depsite room overlooking plaza and it being Friday night it was very quiet in the room |

excellent, effective double glazing and electronic blinds and curtains overlooking busy plaza and heard nothing. Very helpful staff I would have preferred more comfortable bed and pillows. More Spanish hotels are now offering choice of pillows similar to those used in UK and USA |

The location of the hotel on Plaza Santa Ana was excellent and the room facilities were first class. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and would have expected the bed linen to have been changed at least once in that time - it wasn't. |

Stayed only one night while passing through Madrd but a good hotel for the price located near the main train station if you are taking the train to other parts of Spain. |

The modern rooms, balcony with sun bed, proximity to local attractions. Friendly, welcoming staff. Nice varied breakfast. In August alot of restaurants recommended by hotel staff were closed for holidays. It would have been useful if staff were aware of this before we went to the restaurants. |
