The cleanliness of the aprtment and building generally. The swimming pool and food were very good, and we also liked the staff being so helpful, despite language difficulties. No Tea and Coffee facilities in the room.

Good location, 50 meters from the beach. Room with a sea view worth paying for. Nice interior. Pool opens at 10.30 and closes at 20.00 - probably should be 8.30 to 21.00. Bathroom fixtures are dated as is the building itself.

Amazing holiday. Very very good value for money. Liked design of the reception, bar area. Food in the bar was very nice. Room clean and with all facilities needed. There was no hairdryer. Restaurant food little expensive and small portions. Expensive bike hire and tennis.

To get out of there after a bad night. No thrilled offer breakfast but have a good coffee machine. Ad is misleading. It is farer from ALicante and airport than stated, it is another town so unless you want to spend time at beach around alicante (rather advise going up or down to nicer places and beaches) it is not the only hotel which has access to beach; it doesnt have a terrace, but table along the hotel driveway. Not most rooms have seeviews, but 4. So your view will be the road passing behind, it is not facing sea but on side, rather turning its back to it. Always reserving by booking as usually hotel treats you well, usually providing you with req. Upon arrival, first statement was "you reserve by booking, pay right away'. I was then provided with a room which was so dirty: beds unmade, all towels on bathroom floor, garbage full...I Was then moved to a room in unrenovated part (top floor) which smells so bad of smoke (even I asked none smoking room) that the smell invaded the pillow, even I let the terrace window opened all night (and of course then didn t provide for any blanket unless other hotels used when I arrived at alicante 2 weeks before) In the morning, the lift was not working. Blocked on first floor, they haven t noticed, informed they haven t fixed it... All shows bad maintenance and no service oriented

The common areas were beautiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bar and restaurant were superb and the situation was good. The rooms were very dated and the pool area was fairly basic.

Great location right by the beach with a team outside that could take you cheaply to Alicante, the port and even as fast as Benidorm.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and supplied our needs. However we under went 2 room changes over our 2 night stay. Once for apparently a prebooking and once for a patio door that would not lock. The hotel is ideally situated for beach lovers. There is a communication problem between desk staff at this hotel. We indicated the day of our arrival that we would extend our stay if we we happy with the room probably by 2 days. The oncoming staff were not told and there was no comments to this effect on the computer data base .(If they had such a comment update file.) There was a maintenance problem with the second room we were given. The patio door was not lockable and it was obvious this situation had been in existance for some considerable time. The hotel is only driving distance only to shops, supermarket.

The general hotel was nice and modern feeling. Clean to start with. Firstly the rooms, although clean to start with we stayed for 5 nights and the room was only cleaned on one day, we had to ask for fresh towels and disappointingly we had to ask for toilet roll. The staff were rude and no one except one waitress spoke any English, considering we had paid fullboard and therefore for a service the staff did not seem to be bothered to help and everything seemed a mission. There was no information received from anyone commenting that the Monday and Tuesday of the week were public holidays. Finally and most importantly was the food/restaurant, lunch had choice of 2 dishes neither vegetarian, always cold and undercooked, the dinner was the same menu every night and this was disappointing when the food appeared cooked either the day before or earlier that day and it was just reheated. I did comment to the hotel that there microwave needed replacing as it was not reheating the food properly. This was a joke because being a chef I no the food should be cooked fresh. When asking for paella I was told I had to order it early in the day so it could be cooked, when I asked why they said it takes 30 minutes to cook, I said I don't mind waiting they said they cant do it. Proving that the food is just reheated and the chef doesn't really have a clue. On one of the evenings we found wire wool from the scourer in the fish, there was no apology from the hotel. Finally, the final day we had lunch before we left and suddenly I noticed a different chef and the food came out perfect, and they offered to cook the paella if we wanted. We ended up having a sandwich because of the rush to the airport. Was not happy with the service provided and certainly don't feel that the £350 we spent was worth anything. If anything I think the hotel should have been paying me to eat the food it was that bad, cold and certainly not fresh.

Location to beach. Pleasant grounds and poolside. Convenient for catching tram into Alicante town. Very comfortable hotel. Shaft between each room with window which carried sound for rooms above. We're unfortunate toga da very noisy Spanisg couple staying in room near us who constantly decided to move furniture around etc until 4am every morning. Only had 2 good nights sleep out of 5. This is not a criticism of the hotel itself.

The Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Ideal for a quiet break. We visited out of season and there was nowhere open round about. Also the atmosphere in the dining room was poor and the waitresses were not interested in trying to understand anyone who did not speak Spanish. The only other thing was I don't remember seeing they only served continental breakfast when I booked, that was a little dissapointing.

Inexpensive compared to many in close proximity. Nice decor in reception area with seating Areas for coffee etc Paper thin walls so could hear everything next door, above and below. Balcony unattractive furniture, no coffee making facilities, dated furnishings and in need of redecoration as walls damaged and marked, tired, cold and not very homely hotel. Distance from centre 6 km.
