Perfect position for tourists, Hop-on, Hop-off bus. Staff very friendly and helpfull. The snack bar is good and the food we had in there was excellent. The entertainment in the restaurant was a pleasant suprise, not too much, just right. Bedroom clean and bed comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel even if you don't visit the Alhambra'''''''' a walk down to the city is lovely and traffic free. Being on the side of a steep hill, it feels as though you are in the countryside and not in a city, It is a pity that the terrace at the enterance to the hotel is small, because it is a relaxing view, watching the shaking of the leaves on the trees and glimpses of the Alhambra and the chairs are uncomfortable. The weather was great and it would have been good to sit and use the terrace round the pool but it wasn't open and I think the hotel is missing something there, even if you can't use the pool or have a barbecue.

The location is perfect if you're going to see the alhambra, but not so convenient, if you want to go to town, as it's a bit further. We didn't get a parking space at the hotel - we had to park in Alhambra's parking, which is close by, but still, not in the hotel itself. The bar at the hotel is barely good enough - definitely not the one, in which you'd choose to have your evening drink. And finally, the walls are paper-thin - you could hear EVERYTHING- people in the corridor, neighbours sneezing and elevators going up and down. We didn't get a double bed, which we preferred.

Very convenient for the Alhambra and cheap taxi ride into the main town.We parked the car and used other transport as the steep narrow streets were a bit intimidating! We found it very good value and breakfast was basic but more than adequate.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel to the Alhambra; a less than 5 minute walk is great! We used Granda as a respite in the middle of a 10 day trip through Spain and were pleased with our choice! We were in a triple which was a bit small for 3 adults.

Location perfect for visiting the Alhambra. Poor sound insulation meant little or no sleep due to guest with cough in next room.

Excellent location, right across from the Alhambra. Front desk staff very inefficient, room was not that clean as there were comb webs on the ceiling.

Perfect for the Alhambra it is three minutes walk away! Great position if you are driving as its easy to get to off the main highway and has valet parking for 15 euro. We visited the Alhambra on the first afternoon and then had Tapas down in Granada. We caught the local local bus (1.20 euro) to Granada centre the next morning to visit the cathedral etc. Taxi is less than 5 euro. Perfect.

Booked hotel parking but on arrival was told that we would have to park in the public parking across the road as their car park was full. When collected the car the wheel was flat- nail through the tyre. Hotel were little help.

LocationL Very close to the Alhambra - just a few minutes walk I have to drink coffee first thing in the morning and there is no coffee in the room. So, I went to the restaurant but they would not give me coffee without charging me for buffet. I told them that I would come back later for buffet but they said no. They asked me to go to the bar for coffee but the bar does not open until 8am. So very disappointed with the poor customer service. Service is bad, Wifi is very weak.

Great location for a visit to the Alhambra, the walk to Granada was nice or it is a very short cab ride. The breakfast buffet was very nice and offered a lot of variety. The restaurant closed at 10:00 P.M., very early by Spanish standards and there were no nearby restaurants were open either.
