very nice interior, nice big rooms. close to raiway and las rozas outlets

no gym, spa (4*?), you can't have lunch neither in the hotel no around. very business oriented.

The rooms were new and comfty.

during the night I was cold and there was only a blanket in the room not even a quilt or duvet, and we are in December!

Brilliant hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming, although we had only booked a standard room were upgraded to a huge suite! We booked this hotel as we were stopping off "half way" on a trip to Galicia and this hotel was situated perfectly for us to just hop on and off the motorway. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from

Bit disappointed with the restaurant as the menu was identical to the menu for room service - so a bit short on choice, but what we had was well presented and very tasty. Only one pillow and a bit hard. Having said this, it did not detract from a great stay.

It's near the lad rozas village. But not easy to find . Maybe need a. Bigger sign.

Big living room with a cozy room.

The hotel was very convenient to the motorway and the room was superb. If fact we had a suite. Entrance hall leading into a large living room with tv. A very large bedroom with tv. And a beautiful bathroom. Quite luxurious.

Unfortunately when we stayed there in August the dining room was closed for dinner and there were very few restaurants nearby. We did have a very good breakfast in the hotel.

We have stayed here quite a few times now. Just overnights on our way to and back from the Costa Del Sol. The Hotel has always been very helpful and even supplied refreshments when we arrived very late. have recommended this Hotel to family and friends.

Only one negative comment. The staff in the restaurant are not very friendly. I would expect a greeting when I arrive. Also if you do not get down to Breakfast early they run out of various items and do not replace them. You should not have to keep asking.

Convenient for access to motorways, also trains into Madrid and surrounding areas.

Las instalciones del hotel y el personal, es un hotel comodisimo especialmente las habitaciiones suit. una maravilla. y el personal majisimo sobre todo la chica que estaba en recepcion el dia que Alonso gano la carrera en Malasia,,,,si no hubiera sido por ella no hubiera podido ver el final.

La atención del personal del hotel y la amplitud de las habitaciones.

El desayuno es demasiado caro; razón por la que no desayunamos ningún día en el hotel

Excelente el trato en recepción, con mucha amabilidad y profesionalidad, igualmente muy bueno el trato recibido por el personal del restaurante.El hotel se encuentra en un entorno tranquilo y relajado para un paseo por los alrededores del hotel sin muchas pretensiones

Cenamos una noche y la relación calidad precio de la cena no es muy aconsejable.

Habitaciones comunicadas para familias con niños pequeños. Parking gratuito. Personal muy amable. Fácil acceso desde autovía.

Todo. El personal amabilísimo. El precio y la habitación inmejorables!

La atención prestada y limpieza; diseño interior del hotel. Se nos ofreció una suite junior al precio de habitación normal por ser la primera vez que nos alojábamos. Aparcamiento gratuito y cerrado.

En el desayuno normal (no bufet) poca variedad de bollería

Buen trato del personal. Muy espacioso y agradable. Económico.

La verdad es que es la segunda vez que estamos en este hotel y es una maravilla. El precio de la habitación. Habitaciones modernas y espaciosas y limpias. Párking gratutito en el interior del hotel,te olvidas del coche y puedes visitar Madrid con los medios de transporte que están cerca del hotel. Todo muy bien.

Habitación muy grande y limpia, nos sentimos como en casa. Muy buena atención por parte del personal. Aparcamiento gratuito.

Habitación grande, aunque parece más un apartamento que una habitación de hotel. Los espacios comunes son amplios. Parking gratuito y cómodo.

La persona que atendió en Recepción, aunque amable, su ropa dejaba bastante que desear en cuanto a higiene. En la habitación 210 hay un ruido durante el día, desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 8 de la tarde, similar a una bomba de agua que es bastante molesto. Por la noche, afortunadamente, no se oía. El primer día de desayuno el buffet caliente estaba frío, se avisó pero no hicieron nada.
