Excellent cleaner Not worthy of a 4* badge. Too noisy, no facilities, no bell boy, no vegatarian food and waiters were unhelpful and scruffy. In a very horrible area. |

Very friendly, helpful staff. A long walk from any urban centre and facilities. No restaurants, apart from the hotel's, in the area. Wifi didn't work. Room was fine, large, although mobile coverage dodgy inside the hotel as well. Room near front, and therefore lots of outside noise. |

Near the hotel (10 min walking) there is a railway station, Las Matas, where you can catch a train that bring you at Atocha station, in the midtown of Madrid, in 40 minutes, by departures every half an hour, allowing you to leave your car in the private parking of the hotel - peacefulness and quiet |

The room was extremely clean and comfortable I had a room close to the reception where group of guests were laughing and shouting until late (after midnight). In a 4-start hotel I expect more quiteness and respect for the guests which are given rooms closeer to the entrance. |

Very big room with independent living room, large safe deposit box (enough to fit a notebook!), bright and superbly clean. Nice staff with sufficient english knowledge (it's Spain after all...). About 30 min. from Madrid (several trains available), close to interesting nearby cities. Excellent value for the money (booked less than one day ahead, got almost half the rate comparing to similar hotels in the vicinity). Poor selection of entertainment (small television, channels only in spanish and german(!), no swimming pool...). Definitely business oriented. Over 500m from the nearest train station (one has to take an overpass which is not recommended for anyone carrying a large bag). Lack of visible directions (billboards, etc...) for pedestrians from the train station. |
