This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Bar the location and the alright reception area, there is nothing appealing about this hotel. The prime reason I end up booking this was there was a deal on booking.com. The room we were in was very basic, the walls are thin, u can hear everything - so not good if you have noisy neigbours who wanna party all night. The cleanig lady starts hoovering early so no chance of a lie in. I just about got use to the noise from the road. No iron is available - unless you pay for laundy service. As for hotel accomodating other needs like a travel adapter - no chance. If you really are not bothered about where you stay and the quality of your stay then this hotel is for you. But if you use to life's luxury and inbetween sights you wanna kick back and relax in your room, then I wouldnt reccomend this hotel.

Most everything, This was a tired hotel with very few facilities. There was no porterage, the room had only 1 chair for double occupancy, the curtains could not be drawn back due to a fault in the runner, the tiled floor was not swept or mopped during our 3 night/4day stay, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. The gutter outside the room was loose and banged all night, when I reported this to reception she said "that must be awful" but nothing was done. There was no restaurant for dinner, no tea/coffee available at any time outside of breakfast. The b'fast was so poor and overpriced we only ate once. I was in the hotel trade for 40 years and for 5 was a hotel inspector. This is not a 4 star hotel. John Mihas Costa.

The location in the central part of Barcelona.

Room was very small and difficult with large luggage.

It took the staff 2 days to change a broken lightbulb in the bathroom.

Location was really good. Close to subway stops, walking distance from many city attractions, really nice neighborhood.

Definitively not a 4 star, barely 3 stars. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is significantly better than a hostel, clean and comfortable enough to spend a few nights there. But: - some maintenance is lacking (eg, really nice and beautiful bathroom, wood of furniture was breaking on the side due to humidity and water, really good looking lobby, but terrible lifts). - one night, sheets were torn on the top - we had to ask for more soap and re-fills, as apparently the cleaning lady had forgot - we booked a double room, we had a large bed made of two smaller beds joined together but... with independent sheets. (like 2 twins, just moved next to each other, rather than a queen - one of the tween was larger, don't really know what size it was). Eg, all things relatively easy to fix and not so terrible, but things that I wouldn't expect from a 4 stars hotel or even a 3 stars.

Very small rooms, not corresponding to a 4 stars hotel.

Great location,however dated rooms, dirty walls but comfortable bed which is the main thing for a sound night sleep before meetings the next day. Small gym which is nice and for the value can't really complain.

The location of the hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.

Breakfast was overpriced - eat elsewhere.
