Staff not particularly helpful, one elelvator for 8 floors, a/c did always seem to function but it did seem to work (thankfully) by bedtime

The staff was very helpful.

This hotel was too expensive for too little. The breakfast was less than good and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. You can hear every noise from your room including, people in the next room, in the halls, the elevators... You can even hear people snoring and coughing! The room was not nicely done.. Very plain. The tv was very small and did not have a good picture. The elevator could only fit 2 people at a time and was the slowest elevator I have ever been on. Also, the elevator door closed on me twice, leaving a bruise on my arm. The location was good for people who want to be in the middle of a busy street and hundreds of tourists. Overall, less than satisfactory.

The location was ideal - an easy walk between Gothica and Bourn, and close to the main rail links.

The front desk staff were less than delighted to receive a late booking and when we arrived check in took over 20minutes. The luxury double room had two beds pushed together which were not fixed so you had to 'mind the gap' in the middle of the night. There was no soundproofing between rooms making every movement in the bathroom nextdoor audible.

Terrible sound insulation, I had sence that there is no walls. I can hear how people in next room switched the tv channels

It's very well located.

We asked for a double bed when we booked but we only got two single beds. There's nothing besides pizza for room service. But it was great to have free mineral water in the room.

Location was really good. Close to subway stops, walking distance from many city attractions, really nice neighborhood.

Definitively not a 4 star, barely 3 stars. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is significantly better than a hostel, clean and comfortable enough to spend a few nights there. But: - some maintenance is lacking (eg, really nice and beautiful bathroom, wood of furniture was breaking on the side due to humidity and water, really good looking lobby, but terrible lifts). - one night, sheets were torn on the top - we had to ask for more soap and re-fills, as apparently the cleaning lady had forgot - we booked a double room, we had a large bed made of two smaller beds joined together but... with independent sheets. (like 2 twins, just moved next to each other, rather than a queen - one of the tween was larger, don't really know what size it was). Eg, all things relatively easy to fix and not so terrible, but things that I wouldn't expect from a 4 stars hotel or even a 3 stars.

Guests are forced to pay their stay in advance. Rooms are very poorly illuminated.

Location, just few steps away from the bar areas. Close to two metro stops

The first room I was assigned to was really small, the window could not be opened, tv was without cable, and there was a bit of a moldy smell. I would classify that room a 2 star. After a complaint they moved me to another room which was much better (3.5 stars), but it was completely full of lemon perfume.

Great location,however dated rooms, dirty walls but comfortable bed which is the main thing for a sound night sleep before meetings the next day. Small gym which is nice and for the value can't really complain.
