The room staff was very good.

Front check-in staff was a bit stuffy (abrasive). Our trip preceded peak season so everything outside the hotel in the immediate area was closed, all shopping and restaurants, except a small market. It was impossible to get a meal outside of tapas..we lost weight on the 4-day trip, which was a good thing but not our intended purpose. There was a senior's convention going on in the hotel; you have not experienced life until you watch about a thousand elderly Spanish couples ballroom dance together, but, do not even think about stepping into the elevator before them and be prepared to be cut in front of in all queue lines. The beach is not closely accessible, you are situated up on cliffs, so the views are good, but no close access to sand and the sea. The pools looked wonderful, but were not open yet. Have to wait for 1 May or later and I'll bet the prices go way up. We enjoyed our time together as an American middle-aged couple (late-40's), enjoyed using our limited spanish language skills, and the views and island are charming, would recommend Cala Galdana area of the island instead. We rented a car and drove to several sights to get out and about.

There was an excellent Buffet Style Restaurant and a good Games Room for the Children . The lcd tv had 3 bbc Channels , which were nice to see in Menorca .

The Photo shown on Booking.com gave the impression that the Swimming Pool was right next to the Beach . In reality there was a Rocky backdrop behind the Pool , as it was not next to any Beach . The Pool was also empty at the end of April as they said that it was only filled in High Season .

Siamo stati benissimo. L'hotel ha una posizione meravigliosa su una delle calette più belle di Minorca! Si mangia molto bene e il buffet è fornitissimo. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e accoglienti. I servizi dell'hotel non fanno rimpiangere nulla, c'è qualunque cosa. E il personale è gentilissimo. Non vado mai due volte nello stesso posto, ma penso che questa volta ci tornerò!!

Que estaba cerca de Ciudadela.

Buffet desayuno flojo y poco variado, zumos horrorosos y la pastelería deja bastante que desear para ser de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Demasiado grande.

è un hotel ben attrezzato. con piscina e accesso ad una caletta splendida. la sera spettacoli vari e attività per i bambini. buon buffet e personale molto gentile

forse troppo aglio!!!

Nos tocó la única habitación sin balcón.

Me a gustado, la limpieza es buena, desayuno muy bien cena regular pero calidad precio esta bien.
