Arteaga Hostal City Centre offers a spa and it is located just off Granada’s famous Elvira Street, well known for its tapas bars.
Score from 556 reviews Good
This charming, family-run hotel is right in the middle of Granada’s historically significant center, next to the cathedral, Royal Chapel and Moorish baths.
Score from 578 reviews Very good
Hostal Fonda Sánchez is in central Granada, next to University Square and a 5-minute walk from the historic quarter. It offers a 24-hour front desk and bright, air conditioned rooms.
Score from 475 reviews Very good
Carlos V hotel is in the historic center of Granada, only a 2-minute walk of the popular tapas bars of Navas Street and a quarter mile from the cathedral.
Score from 1286 reviews Very good
The room was big and comfortable, excelent location so you can walk everywhere and what's more you can sleep as the street where the hotel is located is quiet enough to rest. In addition the receptionist is polite and able to help. If I go back to Granada, I'll definetely stay in this place
it was quite near the city centre
it was very near a loud bar which was still open at 5am we went in november and the rooms were cold we had a sleeping bag on the bed
room is big
* the air conditioner under control of reception , they tell switch on from 2 to 12 for all rooms , but i arrived at 3 and not switch on,bad things i sow. * i can't cancel the booking when i saw the different things between what on site and in really * im stay for 2 hour only .i cant .
The bed was uncomfortable, always shrieking, the headboards cracking, the walls really thin. Over all: no sleep. Additionally the shower construction was so bad, that the water was coming out horizontically when you turned it on more than just drops. The tv wasn't working. Lastly, we came by car and expected to pay something but we weren't informed about the price until our arrival - bad booking-presentation.
Location is great. Its about 30 minutes of pleasant walk to Justice gate in Alhambra. Super quiet area.
Internet seems to be the issue in most of Spanish hotels incl. this one. No AC bit open windows in the night will make up for it.
WIFI works very good!:D
The location isn´t that good in a narrow street. Mostly the horrible noise from everything didn´t let me sleep peacefully. I even woke up because of an unbearable noise from the other rooms..It was just impressive... The beds made noisy a lot and unstable... I don´t recommend you to go.
The location, so close to the centre of Granada was excellent. Many bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
Good attention from the owners, very pleasant people.
One night the air conditioning was turned off from midnight until the next afternoon.
Located near to restaurant's and bars
Very close to the university and also to the city center. Helpful staff.
Room does not have a view of street
Attic rom was very small
very good quality/price ratio. located at about 15 min walk from the granada centre and at about 10 min walk from the faculty of sciences of the university.
Friendly staff, a very nice room and perfect location.
quiet place, clean, simple, right in the heart of the city, I might return to the very hotel again :) small supermarkets nearby
not all members of the staff can speak English
We had a triple room which was pretty small however sufficient if you just plan to sleep there overnight. It is located in the old town within walking distance of all the relevant sights. The hotel offers parking at €13 / day at a parking garage nearby. You may come and leave as you want.
There are two bars on the street so you better bring some ear plugs with you. On the other hand you can get some beers or a shot before going to bed depending on your preference. And they are cheap!
No staff on duty at night time
Reception was very friendly, in a nice part of town, university area. plenty of cafes and easy walk to Plaza and main squares.
Not hotels fault, but very noisy at night due to celebrations so no sleep at all as Hotel is next to a very noisy bar, in some ways it was real Spain.. nice !!
Clean room, comfortable bed
Dreadful plumbing noises. Thin walls with noise from neighbouring rooms
Cleaning was not as good as we were expecting
Location and old world charm, Wifi and a quiet hotel.
There is no literature in the rooms about wifi password or TV operation, no hot drinks facilities. Both of these would add to the experience of this hotel.
Stairs to enter building. There was a lift @reception, again up a few steps. I book places that provide elevator as I have a large heavy suitcase & have arthritis.
