Miguel was super friendly and supportive to us. The view from the appartment is breathtaking. It is by far the best place I've stayed in granada so far in terms of view, comfort and facilities. Preferably don't bring big luggage because the stairs are a bit narrow and the streets in the area are very steep. Thanks to Miguel who helped us out with everything!
Close to the short root to Alhambra. Wifi was excellent. There were everything you might be needed.
Ants were every where. They drove me crazy. Stuff gave you very limited information about the apartment, the city. Hard to find the place , and steep sloop was a nightmare with a suitcase. Hills of the Sacromonte, I was called "chino,Chitano " by the kids of the resident . What a rude, un educated people were they!?
Lovely apartment. Great location. Close to the Alhambra and lots of cafe's and bars in Albaicin.
The hosts (Miguel and poppy the cat) were so accommodating and friendly. Miguel sent me an email before arrival confirming everything and was on hand during our stay. Poppy (hid black cat) was friendly and not any trouble. The views from the private terrace are amasing - offering you unspoilt views across to the Alhambra. The air conditioning was useful on a hot evening - this kept us cool! Comfy bed. Miguel ordered us a taxi at the end of our stay.
The kitchen is small. The flooring around the apartment is in need of repair. The blinds let a lot of light in during the mornings. Curtains would be nice to block out any unwanted light first thing in the morning.
We booked an apartment with a terrace. We were put in a much inferior apartment without terrace Owner's indifferent attitude Missing toilet seat Badly leaking shower Missing bulbs Torn bedding
Excellent location to explore city, nice view of alhambra and the host Miguel was very friendly! We would definetely come again!
Kitchen and shower are a little small but It's ok for a few days.
Location, fabulous view & walkable to town. Welcoming bottle of cava on arrival, & Miguel helped get our case up the steps. Air conditioning in the bedroom.
The terrace is too small to comfortably sit on. A bit difficult to find.
Amazing views of La Alhambra and comfort of apartment. It was lovely to have the private terrace.Kindness of owner giving us free tickets for visiting La Alhambra.
The very steep and dangerous last flight of steps leading up to apartment.Almost impossible to carry suitcase up safely.Had to really watch your footing going in and out of property.Handrail did not feel secure at all.
Next door to Bar with flamenco dancing into the night...
We liked the area and the view from our room although don't let the website fool you; the small terrace is just a space under the stairs. This was a cute, quirky little place which had plenty of equipment to use. Furniture was good and comfortable for such a small space.
This place is impossible to find in spite of the fact I had printed lots of maps before we went there, if Miguel sent directions to his customers it would be much easier to find (first right turn after Arabic studies school then the first turn on left into an alley.) The building was quite unkempt and needed a lot of TLC, almost everything we touched came off. Photos are not a true reflection I am afraid. I had to be rescued every time I went to the toilet as the door wouldn't open, the flush ran the entire night and at the end we had to turn the water off. Everything felt and looked a little dirty and dated. This place has the potential of being a lovely place if a little effort was spent on it.
Apartment with nice character, and beautiful view of the Alhambra. You can walk to the Alhambra from the apartment, and the Albayzin quarter is nearby.
Super-tight kitchen. Fine for a few days, but definitely on the cramped side. No grocery stores within walking distance - just a few small neighbourhood minimercados. Somewhat far from the train station - a 9euro cab ride. The bus station is a 30 minute bus ride plus a 15 minute walk away.
