Very friendly people, magnificent view down to the see.

Rather basic rooms and breakfast and no choice of dinner (only one meal).

The room #7, which was offered on arrival. Looks like previous it was used as a dog house. Small, terrible, no view & ect. Was not listed on rooms on booking.com, but successively offered on arrival. Staff tries to look stupid & no English speaking while tried to resolve my requests. Due to storm there was no electricity, heating & hot water for more when 24 hours. There was no food or hot drinks available as well. No paid breakfast served due to force major, but there was no disturbs to take all money in cash, as the CC machine was not working, as well as all cash machines in all the city as well....Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. It's not worth the money paid. Absolutely.

Friendly staff.Modern, comfortable and very stylish hotel. Food was typical Tenerife and very good. Wine was local and good.

Weather was awful and so no views. No dislikes with the hotel.

The most fantastic thing about this place is that you are a bit above the clouds which get quite low sorounding foothils of the Teide. So in the morning, while having brackfast, you feel like in heaven. :) Great feeling and stunning view. Also very friendly staff and calm, cosy athmosphere.

In January it was cold in apartments. We had to sleep fully dressed with a lot of covers! We strongly advise ask the staff to turn on the heater before the guests come and offer additional heaters.

Location is great: 15 minutes by car to el Teide, very sunny in the morning. Staff is nice, they offer you a welcome coffee when you arrive.

Limited english, dinner was not great but expensive as compared to local prices. Hot water is not coming immediately.

Staff was very nice and friendly

The value for money was very low. We paid 100 eur per night for a double room with breakfast and dinner. Compared with the other hotels we've visited I think it would have been worth 50, maybe 60 eur max.

Wonderful Family, nice place to stay !

Very friendly staff! We even got pizza very late in the evening after a long hiking trip. Heating in the room was very welcome in December at a height of 1.400 m. Beds are really good. I liked that the bathroom (with a heated towel rack) opened into a small room with wardrobe and shelves and not directly to the bedroom.

no refrigerator in the room, only basic knowledge of English with some of the staff limited the communication (and we likewise speak just a few Spanish words)

Room very nice, nice view, sunshine (altitude 1500m) Room was clean, heating was working fine, draft beer for nice price :-), breakfast in the price. Good for acclimatization before climbing to the Moint Teide, trekking possible in the forests nearby

Very nice hotel, surprisingly well-kept, and ideally situated for tours to the Teide and its spectacular environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Neat rooms with a view to the sea, colourful gardens, swimming-pool. The description at booking.com reads slightly understated.

If you should be arriving late, make sure to use a GPS navigation system. The turnoff to the hotel is very difficult to find, as the topography of Vilaflor is somewhat complicated and there is no illuminated hotel sign. Maybe they could improve on this.

Location excellent. Easy drive from airport. Staff excellent, and learning English! Good price. Views. Parking.

Evening dinner was average. Our room had only one bed-side table...

Vriendelijke uitbaters Vriendelijke uitbaters. Goede prijs-kwaliteit. Goede ligging. Ruime en verzorgde kamer.

L'accueil chaleureux, beaucoup de petites attentions de la part des propriétaires, ils aiment ce lieu et ont envie de le faire partager à leurs hôtes. Un vrai petit coin de paradis en pleine nature, au milieu des vignes, avec une vue magnifique sur le sud de l'île jusqu'à la mer, aussi bien depuis la terrasse privative que depuis la terrasse commune. Une piscine/solarium très agréable. Petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse, repas du soir copieux, bonne cuisine familiale. Nous avions prévu de rester une seule nuit et avons prolongé notre séjour!
