Hotel Amadeus & La Musica  

Great location, interesting design/theme, very helpful staff. Had Superior Double/nice sized room with two large windows, comfortable bed. Lots of CDs to borrow and play in room. Lobby very pleasant place to sit and sip complimentary (sweet) wine or hot tea. WIFI thru out.

Very noisy during our stay because construction going on next door. Drilling, hammering, etc., began at 8am and hammering didn't end until 10pm or later. Continental breakfast very disappointing and would have been upset if it hadn't been included in special price of room. Little protein. Hard rolls, stale glazed doughnuts, mini chocolate-chip muffins, minimal cheese, canned pineapple. Good = hot croissant, fresh OJ.

The hotel is situated perfectly for the reasons for our visit to explore this city for the first time. We only used the hotel for washing & sleeping and did not use the breakfast facility because we chose to look at the cities bars for the variety of food that was on offer. Helpful staff on hand and the top roof space is a great area to relax at the end of any day. Not sure whether this is unique to the surrounding area, as we could not see many similar roof top positions whilst being up there. Great hotel. reasonable priced, thoroughly would recommend to anyone planning on visiting this wonderful city of Seville

Our friends had room No 4 and this is situated at ground level at the front of the hotel and they complained about the road noise which wasn't excessive, but would have been nice not to have been heard at all. Just a little difficult to access the hotel from the roads which run either side of the hotel which are both one way and will only allow one car at a time. You have to have your act in gear when you arrive and more importantly when you are being picked up by any transport you have arranged to & from the hotel. Again not a real complaint, but just an observation which is probably common on many of the hotels in the old part of the city, small narrow streets are in abundance.

Location and character. Staff are excellent and very friendly, extremely helpuful where parking and taxis are concerned.

Standard rooms in the old part at the back of the hotel are extremely small and dark, but quiet. Breakfast is very unexciting but the gorgeous roof top view is adequate compensation!

The hotel is extremely charming. Music is the theme and is everywhere down to cd player in our room. We enjoyed sherry while listening to someone play the grand piano in the main lobby. The staff was wonderful and the location was excellent. We had a great time.

Very good location, central to all the sights and restaurants

Although this is a nice hotel, I feel that as a result of its rating on the travel sights, it has priced itself too high. We booked a superior room, and felt that for the price, it was not as good as would be expected.

It was as perfect as we hoped it would be. amazing location, beautiful decor, history all around you. our room, the mozart was one of our favorite hotel rooms of all time. we especially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas on the roof.

The only complaint that we had was that sometimes the staff are not as kind as they could be.

The hotel decor is lovely, good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room we had was number 1 which is right beside reception. During the night we were woken several times by other guests banging on the door to be let in. The hotel should have a better system of ensuring guests can come in at whatever time during the night without having to bang the door down and wake people staying in room number 1. I would advise any potential guests not to take this room if offered.

The location can't be beat, the hotel is close to a lot of good restaurants and major tourist attractions like the alcazar and the cathedral. Ask reception for a recommendation for the best tapas, you won't be disappointed. Overall a great hotel to stay at with lots of character and charm.

I expected the "superior double" room that we booked to be a little nicer and more spacious. We hardly had enough room to put our luggage (1 was a full size, the other a medium) or move around in and we are very slim people. The room we got did not look like the pictures on the website at all.

It was a charming quirky little hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommended for a short or longer trip.

The ground floor room was noisy as people passed to there rooms however if you are out until the small hours of the morning it won't affect you.

Enjoyed that this hotel had a theme that was well carried out throughout the facilities. Abundance of small living spaces to enjoy either in private or with others. Beautiful views from the uppermost terraced rooftop common areas. The staff was accomodating and paid excellent attention to the fine details including arranging early am taxi to airport. The room as well as the hotel was charming and full of authentic period detail and had some extras not found in other accomodations we stayed during this 3 week trip. Amadeus/La Musica is a place to savor and enjoy, not just to sleep while visiting Seville.

The wood floor in my bedroom squeaked a bit. Not a huge problem but it was loud enough to wake up your travelling companion if you get up in the middle of the night - so this is simply a note for "light sleepers". Overall it definitely would not deter my intention to return to this hotel and have the same room.

The hotel was beautiful with a stellar location. Our room in particular, the Mozart suite was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Great rooftop patio for breakfast. Service was excellent.

The location is perfect.

We had room no. 1 - with entrance direct from the hall/living room. Very inconvenient and indiscreet.

Beautiful design/ decor. Very stylish yet intimate and friendly. Good location also.
