Good business type hotel of international standard, value for mony booked on a discounted rate. Nice room, big comfy bed and window that opens. Good size bathroom. Good but expensive parking. Hotel restaurant only had set menues but there are some places to eat near hotel or a €7 taxi ride into center /old town.

WiFi worked off and on, mostley off with very low signal. No other option in hotel.

Good location next to bus station. Friendly staff and (out of season in January) good value for money. Comfortable beds and really good bathroom with bath. Aircon was unusually quiet so could be left on at night. Nice lounge areas around reception. Pleasant 20 min walk into town and beach, either along riverside or street. Buses also look to be frequent. Would stay here again.

The room had too much furniture! The twin beds were much bigger than necessary, as was the desk. Less furniture would have left more room for us to move about in. Some noise from buses backing out below, but the window closed well, so this wasn't a big deal. No breakfast deal & breakfast is Euro 16 extra, which seems a lot. Nearest cafés for breakfast (that we found) are about 5 mins walk toward town and not necessarily open early.

Excelent breackfast

We have stayed at the hotel before so we were aware of its facilities and location. However we found it even better now than in the past. The staff are very helpful both at reception and particularly in the Breakfast Room. The breakfast itself is without doubt one of the best you could wish for. So much choice and very nicely laid out and although it is buffet it is replenished constantly. Very good waitress service for coffee/tea also. The hotel is within an easy walking distance for us as a mature couple and there is a bus service directly outside the hotel into the centre if needed. Room 701 is superb for views of the river and city lights etc.

I would say that the only thing we would like to see is a reduction in the parking charges. The daily charge is Euros 15 and the same if you stay for a week. I think for a week or more it could be reduced as parking within the city is almost impossible so you are almost forced into using the hotel garage service. Otherwise absolutely no dislikes at all.

Really pleasant hotel, helpful stuff and great value for money.

We really like the hotel. It has parking, good cafeteria, excellent service, and it is really clean with excellent toiletries in the bathroom daily. The hotel is located next to the bus station which is very convenient since driving in Spain is not easy because the gps there is not as good as it is in America. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the Boulevard, San Sebastian is very safe and you can walk or take a taxi which are pretty cheap from the hotel to the center.

Ideal location for touring the town of San Sebastian. Helpful staff and easy parking facilities.

Very nice place, and a good value by San Sebastian standards. Hotel was nice, with plenty of small extras. Staff was very helpful. Location is literally next door to San Sebastian's "bus station" (just a few bus bays), which couldn't be more perfect if you're visiting Madrid or Bilbao in the same trip. It's a couple of minutes from the Amara Viejo neighborhood, where you can find low-key and family-friendly cafes. It's about a 20 min walk to the old town and beachfront, but this is entirely a pleasant stroll along the town's well-manicured and tree-shaded riverfront, which the hotel faces.

Next to the bus terminal, it's convenient. And I enjoyed nice breakfast.
