clean, modern, good position but a little distance from the center and old town ,20 minutes walk, but we enjoyed the walk and it is all flat drink prices |

Excellent room, and friendly and helpful staff. The rate we paid through the booking.com website was an absolute steal. The hotel is 15 to 20 minutes walk from town but it's a pleasant walk showing a side of San Sebastian that you might not see if you stayed in town. |

The front desk personel were very good The Air conditioning was turned to heating, so the window had to be left open and there was constant noise from a very large bus station below the window |

The staff were very helpful, there was a great selection on the buffet breakfast, a great atmostphere in the bar at night time. Very comfortable bed and a lovely room. About 20 min walk to beach/town center but a regular and very handy bus service ran from very near the hotel but this would not put me off as the comfort of the hotel was worth it. |

Piano bar at night time is nice and relaxing. Hotel is a good 20 min walk from centre of town. Plenty of other good hotels with more central locations. |

Rooms were clean, aircondition work well and the reception service was very friendly. Room was too small for 3 people I was surprised that I had to pay tax, the internet price was quoted with the tax included. |

The stay was to short to really comment. However a free Nespresso service at 6 a.m. before leaving was a great idea (it is probably also important for the ones coming from a night out....) It is a bit noisy. Although we were at the upper floor, the traffic was pretty heavy. |
