The staff was very friendly and spoke english. Our room was very clean and spacious. It is conveniently located close to the airport for those having an early flight and have a car, but is far from Santiago.
Dinner portions were huge, but food quality was average. The bed was not very comfortable.
good food friendly staff great location
It was a nice treat for my last night on the Camino.
Laundry room for guests!
No staff at reception so had to go to Restaurant/Bar which wasn't a problem, but the person who attended to us had no 'people skills' at all, showed very little interest in booking us in and then later on at dinner had very little time to serve us, very disappointing.
A lot of travellers stayed in town before Amenal but it was a welcome reliefs to wake up in the morning and know you only had a14klm walk to finish the Camino.
excellent location for Camino, good size bath, washing facilities, meals excellent
Comfortable well appointed room Good menu and restaurant service
No breakfast room for residents, all have to queue in bar area which can be lengthy
The staff were very professional and helpful. Meals were excellent.
It was a bit pricier as some items were al-a-cart, but well worth it
The food was very good--best we had on the Camino.
The water supply is not good. While showering the supply temperature ranges from very hot to very cold--back and forth. The baths are also extremely slippery--needs some gripping substance.
Very nice facilities. Nice place and beautiful yard.
A couple of minor maintenance issues. Not serious but still there
Location, right off Camino. Food was outstanding.
Noise inside hotel - thin walls and thinner doors.
We had a mix up on our booking which really was our fault and there was no room for us in the hotel The staff went out of there way to get us alternative accommodation and were so very helpful in sorting out everything both in this hotel and Hotel Bello their Sister Hotel where we stayed that night EWxcellent location if you are walking the Camino
Perfect location for Camino
Great location, friendly/helpful staff. Good bar food. Washing facilities.
Great location directly on Camino route. Room spacious and clean and a bath most welcome after a long day walking. Breakfast was served from 7 am which was great for an early start the next morning and was pay as you go. Staff helpful and would stay there again.
There is nothing else near this hotel.
Located right beside the Camino trail so location is excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast the next morning was very basic and we would have preferred something more substantial before our long walk. They had a foot massage machine...but it was out of order!
It has been lately reformed. It's pretty and new. It's placed in the santiago's path so for the pilgrims perfect.
The hotel part it's in other building and is not well conected.
This hotel is literally right on the side of the Camino Frances trail, so is excellently located for a final stop before the last day's walk into Santiago. The room was well equipped (like a business hotel), clean and warm. The restaurant was fine, with a very helpful staff member on duty. However, apart from the restaurant there is no other source of food nearby.
It was a little "soul-less" after the bonhommie and cameraderie of the albergue and hotels earlier on the Camino. It's more like a business hotel.
Location. It's the first hotel you reach in Amenal and right beside camino walk. A must stay locatio. Rooms were very comortable
Understaffed. Wifi didn't reach the bedroom
Everything you needed for your Camino journey. Nice staff, wifi good, foot massager in the hallway and a clean, quiet room.
My fault, but I got a little lost (despite it being on the camino path). It could be better signposted to ensure you don't go off track. It would be nice to know that it's up ahead.
excellent location for camino very comfortable lovely staff and food
Right on the Camino de Santiago & popular with walkers. Modern, spacious & clean room. Computer available for client use.
Glass porch to bedroom block needs a line of adhesive dark tape to prevent people walking into the glass wall.
Very clean and staff was very nice. Food was delish
