Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Klimaanlage (Heizung) ohne Einstellmöglichkeit der Temperatur

der service des personals war sehr gut ebenso die lage des hotels.

das fühstück und der frühstücksraum, dieser war nicht klimatisiert zudem erinnerte er eher an eine kantine.

In diesem Hotel sind 2 Kleinigkeiten dringend erforderlich: 1) Die Möglichkeit, aus dem Internet über einen Drucker etwas auszudrucken. Es steht zwar ein Internetcomputer zur Verfügung; zum Ausdrucken ( z.B. einer Umbuchungsbestätigung für den Rückflug nach Hause ) muss man in ein nahe gelegenes Internetcafe gehen. 2) Eine Waage ( Personenwaage f. rd. 40 €, die es in jedem Haushalt gibt ) zum Wiegen der Koffer. Um Übergewicht und damit verbunden zusätzliche Kosten Flugkosten zu vermeiden.

- Free wi-fi. Location is little bit far from main sightseeings (10 minutes walk throuhg streets with shops). Central rail-road station is 20 minutes walk. Sufficiently clean. Bathroom is long and narrow. Quite area outside. There is big national outlet across the road.

- Breakfast was bad. Orange juice is awfull. Coffe is bad. I could drink just still water. Ham (when we first tried) was unfresh and had slight smell of unfreshness. No vegetables. Omlette with potatoes is not tasty. Also they provide several kind of cheese, cakes, fruits, omelette, jam, cereals etc . No soundprofing - we listned conversation of our neighbours and their TV instead of sleeping... Very cold in the bathroom as window is not perfectly closed. And it was cold in room also.

Excellent location - we could walk anywhere in the city within about 15 minutes. There was a good selection for breakfast. The bathroom had a nice wide sink and large shower. There was very little road noise due to the double layered windows.

The receptionist seemed a bit harassed and didn't tell us what time breakfast was or where.

Very good location , cleen, reasonable price.

Close to everything. Bus from train station stops outside hotel. Great food nearby. An excellent place to explore from.

Good basic ,clean, well run hotel. We had a great view of the Cathedral from room 514. Mini bar prices very reasonable

Lack of bar and lounge, although, as the man at reception says, there are hundreds just outside the front door.

The room layout, the lighting, the balcony with the view, the cleanliness.

The noise! I could hear 'quiet' conversations next door, plus some rioting by anarchists down the road in the early hours (no fault of the hotel!) Also, in order to be a green hotel, I'd recommend not leaving the TV on standby as this is a waste of energy.

Fantastic location, comfortable, safe and excellent breakfasts!

We received a room with a poor view of construction, and were promply given a new lovely room with a lovely view , upon our request.

Staff was wonderful, but did not have public transit information available.

Location was reasonably central.

No cooling air conditioning, too warm in bedroom; very noisy and dreadfully noisy plumbing which all made it impossible to get a reasonable nights sleep on any of the 4 nights I stayed.

Great location - central to historic sites and to shopping. Breakfast was wonderful - European breakfast with some traditional Spanish foods. We enjoyed watching the Easter Processions from our window. Good restaurants a few blocks away. Staff was very helpful and competent.

Die Bar / Restaurant Stunde begrenzt waren ...

Great location. Walking distance to cathedral and Alcazar. We were there in holy week and the processions went right past the hotel.

The first few processions are great but they are constant and chaotic. Vehicular transport is out ofthe question and even pedestrian transport is tricky. No public transport could get near our hotel an,dm the taxi dropped us about 400m away which wje had to navigate with our bags. No- ones fault but a bit of a challenge.

Nothing ,, I recommend for all travelers to stay away ..

I don’t know where to start .. but I will give you few * Receptionist at arrival stated that he does not speak English. This was ackward for a hotel that receives tourists from all over the world. I thought it was ironic with the name “hotel America” !!! *Wireless signal extremely low or does not simply exist. Even though I requested a room with strong WiFi Signal. Complained but no one bothered to do anything * Requested to use the the “business center” which is basically a 1 square meter room with an old computer which basically have a very slow processor. No printer attached. Spent half an hour and could not achieve anything since it kept hanging. Worthless !! * I requested ice and the receptionist told me that they don’t have room service at midnight. * Cleaner came to the room and for them cleaning was re-arranging my blankets and replacing the towels. It seems like the term “cleaning” was not in their dictionary as they left the used glasses on the tables and ice bucket where it was from the night before. Other obvious trash was not removed from the room. * Breakfast was a disaster. Everything tasted bad and the worst was the just warm stale coffee from the machine. My wife even got sick after breakfast the first day. Simply terrible. I believe you got the message. Simple stated, stay away unless your plan is to ruin your vacation.
